This. Mod organizer is a godsend.
You can even set up profiles to keep your lewds and actual gameplay separate, or a total joke of a run.

I always had brutally persistant problems with mod organiser and whatever antivirus I was using at the time.
Currently using BitDefender and it definitely doesn't respond well to MO.
Flat out wouldn't work, no matter how many exceptions or what files I made as exceptions.
I found some forum posts of similar problems others had and one guy's diagnosis was it's inherent to the way MO works.

So always used NMM.

Anyway, this is probably the doing of Bethesda.

Just uninstall your antivirus m8. It's a waste of time and resources and some antiviruses are worse than malware. Install ublock origin, filter out unwanted things from the internet, don't be retarded and click on sketchy search results or links. Use windows defender that comes with your computer to scan every so often if you feel the need. I've done this for years and never had any problems. You will have more problems trying to get your antivirus to work with you than you will with malware.
