DK and Candy are bf/gf, same with Diddy and Dixie while Cranky and Wrinkly are married. Dixie and Tiny are siblings as are Kiddy and Chunky. You can tell by how the lines connect them. If the connecting line stems from a shared parent, they're siblings. If there's no third party connected by the line, they're romantically involved.

If memory serves, the exact relationship between DK and Cranky is inconsistent. The manuals to the Rare games list Cranky as DK's grandfather (and the original DK from the Jumpman days), but I think some sources have listed him as his father, leaving Jr in some kind of limbo where he could or could not be a younger DK. You also have pink Jr, if you want to consider him as canon.
