Will the Darkstalkers franchise ever get a new game?

I mean, we all know some kind of new for SFV are obviously coming, but Capcom DOES announce "new" Fighting games every so often, mostly ports and collections, but it's time already.
And, as unlikely as they sound, either the Vs series or the Darkstalkers series are most likely to get a new collection for current systems coming than the Project Justice or Power Stone games.

For some reason, Capcom decided to develop their last fighting games inhouse recently... and as we know the results have beem mix. Is not ENTIRELY the fault of the developers, bussiness reasons were against them in most of this games, and the gameplay was still fine in most of them, but still, with the lackluster reception they got, Capcom could gain some good faith back letting Arc System revive Darkstalkers.
I don't even think it would be THAT expensive, and the visuals of AS sell the games by itself.

Capcom isn't funding shit if it doesn't have eSports potential behind it now. It's the fate Street Fighter has been cursed with, and they couldn't even let Mika show up on TV in her default outfit.
So the answer is no, the current climate would not be a good time to release a new Darkstalkers game. People are fucking pussies now and would sperg out over shit like Midnight Bliss and the other goofy stuff that happens in the games.
