the unusual economy is probably done for for now, other branches like australiums and killstreaks seems to be rather untouched and the playerbase surprisingly reaches new heights with 80k-90k players instead of the average 60k players

I think they will keep things the same. What is the point of doing more since tagging the unusuals untradeable for the market fix the problem and they dont want to refund the keys money they got of this episode

If the unusual market crashes they entire economy will be affected massively. Valve has admitted that unusuals (and knives in CSGO) are only there to provide an incentive to open crates because otherwise no one would spend 2 bucks on a key to get a 20 cent cosmetic.
If unusuals suddenly aren't worth it no crates get opened, if no crates get opened you have no influx of new stranges/cheap yellow cosmetics.
