the english voice acting is probably better because they knew the english speaking market was much larger.

you shouldn't play it at all

Japanese.

you shouldn't play it at all

English. Unlike TW1, TW3 has focused huge amount of resources into the english version, the voice-acting is straight up better in english.

contrarian

Just play it in your native language, and why would any non polish person play this in polish anyway? It would become anoying rather quickly

German

>playing Polish game in German language
Are you serious?

I feel like everyone should play it in CHAD Polish language instead of English.

>played the games in english
>then again in polish
>then listened to the audiobooks
>mfw having 3 different voices for geralt, and they all work well.

the english VA sounds like he's doing Chrisbale Batman at times.

it took me a while to get used to the audiobook geralt, but i like it more than the games now
peter kenny's work on those audiobooks is masterwork, especially his ciri

Just play Skyrim.

he's really good. his work on the Culture books is fucking amazing.

listen to them, even if you're not a massive scifi nerd.

not sure if i would have finished the series if not for the quality of his performance
i'll definitely check that series out, thanks user

English unless you hate yourself

Are the audio books good? Or should I read the books traditionally?

audio books are so fucking good
the only flaw is that the narrator says dandelion wrong for a book or two
you can find most of them on youtube, but last i checked the quality is a bit shit, so just pirate them somewhere

i started listening to audiobooks as it was something i could do going to/from work, and i found i kept getting distracted with 'traditional' books.

the witcher ones are pretty solid, although they fuck up dandelion's name pronunciation a few times. don't know why, since it's a fucking english word.

Dandelion wrong? It what sense? If you’re referring to buttercup or Jaskier in polish, that’s the direct translation. If anything CDPR got it wrong.

he says DAN DILLION for some reason

they mispronounce it.

instead of dandelion, they do it as danDILLYon

Lmao wtf. If that’s the worst part of the audiobooks tho I’ll put up with it. Listened to some samples and the voice acting is great

I just don't want its final legacy to be a shit nigmare induced by SJWs

I just beat this game for the first time literally 5 minutes ago. Looked up the other endings and saw a lot of google hits about the "best ending." I read them all, and certainly some are better than others, but none really stood out to me as clearly better than the rest. What ending do you retards think is the best one?
I romanced no one, let Nilfgaard take over, supported Roche, supported Cerys, and Ciri became a Witcher

there is no best ending, i prefer empress ending and nilfgaard taking over the most

Yeah, if I had to say I think that one would be best. But certainly not objectively so. Either that or Djikstra taking charge. For the North, anyway. Too bad decisions in Witcher 2 don't matter more. Wonder how it would have all turned out if I stopped Roche from killing Henselt, and Kaedwen could have allied with Redania, and maybe Natalis could have led Temeria... Probably forgot the plot of Witcher 2 too much, I think the point of it was that the northern kingdoms were sufficiently weakened for Nilfgaard's invasion.

i think it fits

if henselt doesnt get killed in tw2, he gets killed in battle against redania if i remember correctly, so in the end it doesnt matter lol
