Sekiro wasn't really bad per se, it just had absolutely nothing to do after the first playthrough. No build variety, only alternate ending pretty much instantly ends the game, and its general easiness made the game relatively forgettable.

I'm so glad I'm past that age where I feel the need to talk about games, or other pieces of media, I've liked for weeks/months after I've consumed them. It's nice being able to enjoy something as an experience once, take something from it, then erase it from my mind's hard drive to make room for something new.

Yes, for the first few days after it was released when everyone was trying to play it like Dark Souls.

But once you figure out it's not Dark Souls it doesn't feel any more difficult than DaS3 or Bloodborne.

The Shira (forget if that's right) ending ends right after you fight a boss after talking to the Owl. It skips the entire last area of the game.
Also, Sekiro's probably the easiest souls game. Not because of experience with them, but because the parrying mechanic is just really OP.

I mean, this is a one of game with no online play and no DLCs, something Souls games are known for. People mainly play it for that stuff and if it doesn't have that, then yeah, it's forgotten.
