To me the problem isn't flight.
It's braindead infinite flight where you don't need to take into account max energy, energy regeneration, speed, weight, different kinds of boosts, etc
In AC you even have to customize motherfucking radar tick rate, X and Y axis of your auto-targeting reticule, how long it takes to lock-on, etc.

The 25 best games to play are no games. Games I played on WiiU that you can get on CEMU. Games that were on PC years ago. The only fucking thing I can sort of give them splatoon 2 but even that was a Wii U game that they couldn't port because of the gamepad, same with Mario Maker 2. The one thing that they sort of had was Octopath Traveler, but even that got ported to PC in just under a year (11 months iirc).
There's truly no reason to buy a switch. The local multiplayer is alright but honestly other mario parties / mario karts / smashes were better, and I already have those, or my friends do, so why would I buy a new system for a worse version...?

i mean, it does *reach* 30, but it has framerate drops sometimes. and imo that's unnacepptable in a 30fps game.
if you're targeting 60 in shit mobile hardware and it was a couple drops now and then, that's okay, shit happens.
at 30 it's already at the lower boundary of barely acceptable and any drops are jarring as shit.
it's a shame, the game is actually pretty fun. i'll get it if digitalfoundry shows they fixed the perf issues
