Bosses in MGR mainly have presentation and their soundtrack on their sides.
Mistral has a great theme, design and is cute but gameplay wise she is meh. Only Armstrong, Sam and Moonsoon are memorable gameplay wise.

i think Ray is one of the best openers too. Sundowner was decent. Sekiro comes close to it in terms of great bosses.

yeah Ray was alright but like most bosses in MGR it shines through it's presentation and not it's gameplay/challenge. Sundowner was a massive pushover but had a nice theme and memorable lines before and during the fight.
Sekiro had great bosses though, not cinematic in the slightest (except for the big finishers) and it was all up to the players, Ishinn was rad

i am in agreement. I didn't mind the lower difficulty ceiling for the MGR bosses, but on revengeance and very hard, it's a decent challenge. I'll play DMC5 tomorrow for the first time. How are the bosses in it? DMC3 and 4 had a few great bosses but most were meh.
