Lastation is a dystopian nightmare, where you're packed in like sardines in the middle of industrial waste and pollution, Leanbox never does anything right and police squads openly march through the streets everyday. Lowee is an absurd la-la land where all girls are permaflat, the Goddess rules with an unchanging absolute authority and the death penalty is still in effect. It's also freezing all year round.

With Planeptune while any government form takes 300 days to be processed, everyone just does whatever in the meantime, while you walk around parks, sitting on really strange public benches watching the sky bridges and ever more progress being made as people seem to be in a hurry all the time. On the other hand disasters seem to hit Planeptune more often than the other nations, but oh well.
