Are you making use of between the lines? For example, during the vines part where you also have to split up, try placing your lines down and doing a single cast before moving out. If you plan your instant cast here you can cast, break the vine, swooce right back in to your lines and continue casting while not losing a single gcd.

SCH is losing up to 80 potency every time it uses an oGCD since it has to clip/weave outside of Biolysis windows. WHM is DPS neutral whenever it weaves with an Afflatus ability and loses 75 potency if it clips/uses Afflatus on its own, but it also stands to gain a lot by holding onto Misery for raid buffs.
225 potency sounds amazing until you see the real contribution of afflatus misery.

The main use its stuff that targets team mates, shirk, dragon's eye without making you lose your target and grounded AoEs where you just want to have it cast on your target without having to move an AoE marker.

I didn't agree with the Indom buff but quickened Aetherflow was a great way to incentivize good stack usage and Excog was only 50 potency higher than Lustrate but also did nothing if it expired.
SCH needs something to circumvent leftover stacks right now and it would be "fine". It could simply be a trait that converts leftover stacks into gauge when you AF or an instant cast DPS ability with an equal potency to Broil so you don't incentivize dumping for DPS but can use it for weaving or movement.
If you exclude the bots, midlanders are one of the best statistically.
Doesn't work for GNB since you need to kill lvl 61+ extreme trials

It's a wasted GCD 99% of the time. There are only a handful of situations where you use Regen nowadays:

>Forced movement when you don't have any Lilies and your DoT is already applied

a paladin using Clemency is saving more dps than the white mage stopping his Glares
>healers that use regens prepull while doing wall to wall pulls causing mobs to just fuck off
