i actually had the odd frame drop on ps4 pro so i can't imagine how bad it is on base ps4

It runs like shit on ps4pro too and it looks like a ps3 game to boot. I bought it on a whim and played it for like an hour. First impressions were not great but I'm still gonna finish it some time, because it did have the courtesy of it playing like an actual fucking video game.

It's better than either of the first two and I had no issues running it on my PS4 (which was a regular model)

It's a pretty good game. The only issue I had is retarded camera which goes crazy once you're close to walls or Trico. Otherwise it's exactly what you'd expect - Ico but with a giant creature instead of Yorda.

The key with TLG is patience. If you give a command you've got to wait a second or two before Trico will pull it off, with his responsiveness becoming tighter towards the end of the game as the bond is formed.

I'm just now playing the SotC remake so maybe that'll spur me on to play TLG.
The remake is amazing by the way. I think you could probably make the soul/soulless argument for it if you're a huge fan of the original, since it does lose a certain something. But it's beautiful, regardless and still a great experience.

Your description 100% applies to SOTC too (aside from ICO being an escort mission), so if you shit on one, you're shitting on the other. Also, ICO was better, and I hate escort missions usually
