i feel like the whole point of silent hill is something like In Vivo exposure therapy, but a lot more intense and metaphorical, so id say yes, no matter what mine looked like, i could get out of it and become a better person for it

I’m playing the first and got to the part where you have to go to the lighthouse. How far am I into the game? Also does sprinting everywhere affect your health? I noticed that after sprinting for a long time then stopping, he breathes heavily for a while.

Check ur map constantly to see what doors you havent checked. Look at your inentory to see what key items you havent used and use them everywhere you can think. Just keep pushing through and youll make it through the game fine.
