Nintendo Switch - Comfy Thread

What are you playing, Yea Forumsros? Enjoying Fire Emblem? You can use this image for future threads since they've been a recurring thing on here.

No weapon triangle feels weird.

I kinda want a comfy console, but I'm concerned about the size. I was an OG PSPfag. What would I be in for?

I honestly like it. The weapons feel different enough that I'm not bothered by it (Axes hit harder, Swords hit more often, lances in between), and it makes axes less cucked.

I want to play the dooms on my switch, especially doom 3
Has anyone tried it yet? How is it on the switch?

At first when I got mine I felt it was too wide but I adapted to it. If you're concerned more about overall size then the Lite may be your better option.

Have played a fire emblem back in the day on my 3dsxl and was bored as fuck , should I try out 3houses ?

Currently playing Skyrim and smash
/hacked/ boys represent

I haven't played them, but all I know is that they've got DRM shit (you need to log into Bethesda's network service only once and you'll need to be connected to the Internet the first time you start the game) and fucked up music. They're also Unity remakes.
Samefagging here. To further elaborate it fits my hands quite perfectly. The only ergonomic problem I'd have is the positioning of the right stick on the right Joy-Con, but that's it.

Thinking of picking a lite one so i can play MK8 in bed (I played a bit on cemu and had a a lot of fun, but I feel like the game would be far better if i can have it in bedside).

I only got a switch because I dug up my psp, fell back in love with portables and wanted to get a vita, then I realised which is hackable is muuuch better value then a vita (especially since I've already played every PSP Game on my hacked PSP so no point in paying to play the handful of good vita games)
Im not a Nintendo fag but I've enjoyed playing Odyssey and Smash on mine, also it's really kinda amazing having close to PS4 level of performance on a fucking handheld
Tldr get a switch if you want the best handheld you can get at this moment (hackable is better then patched obv and waiting for Pro is silly rn)

Attached: IMG_20190720_073739.jpg (4032x3024, 3.23M)

You should be good beyond the faggotry that is paying for jewtendo online.

Yea it's a shame. Also right now I can get a switch for $250, so i'm pondering whether it's worth to:

A: wait for new switch with better battery life (albeit i'm not sure if it will come to my country same time as usa)
B: wait for switch lite (50$ cheaper, but it doesn't have rumble which is really bumming me out)
C: get current gen switch as is for 250

Got some questions (I own a hackable switch):

Have you been banned yet? (With the pirates games one would assume they would find out)

If you are banned can you still system update to play more pirates games?

Have your mates called you based?

Do you need a key to play the pirated games like Cemu?

Playing MM2!! Feel like ive cucked myself out of Dragon Quest Builders 2 though.

I'm not banned and I'll never get banned since I don't play online, or if I wanted to I could just play without getting banned if I don't play games online that I don't own.
Getting banned results in you not being able to use Nintendo services, so any game you have even pirated will be able to be played
I don't have any mates
You get keys in the nap/cfw it takes no time to install games what so ever after you hack your switch

I mostly just play rhythm games, Monster Hunter and dungeon crawlers.
Anyone know any good ones like those? Or games like Genso Wanderer Reloaded?
Already got.
Voez
Cytus
Deemo
Musync
Muse Dash
Taiko
Gal Metal
Lanota
Radiohammer station (not that good, but it's okay.)
Moero Chronicle
Labyrinth of Refrain
Dragon Fang Z

That's like all the rhythm games worth buying on it, yeah?

Attached: 1545562919282m.jpg (1024x768, 180K)

Yeah the Lite lacking rumble sucks, especially since I play Bayonetta a lot and the rumble is very useful for Dodge Offset. Switch is the first handheld to have a proper rumble feature. I know the DS had one but it was a Rumble Pak and that's only for a few games and is incompatible with the DSi/DSi XL. It's really a thing of whether you want the better battery life model, value portability and compact design over anything, or want to hunt for a 2017 release system that's hackable.

shall i buy a switch or a lite to play astral chain, pokemon, mario odyssey, animal crossing and maybe that dragon quest definitive edition because i've never played any dragon quest game before

I REALLY want a switch, espcially for the new Zelda that's in development. What's the chances of a more powerful version coming out next year?

Depends. Do you like playing on a TV? Do you like having the option to play in any configuration you want? Or are you just a portablefag?

based

Honestly go on amazon and get a satisfye Switch grip
Feels more like you’re holding a 360 controller but wider and the whole console is this screen.
As an GBA-DS-PSP fag this thing is a literal godsend for portable gaming

Honestly Not even as a moral fag but I would advise against hacking because you’ll download like 800 games and play none of them

Should be likely. For DS it took about 4 years for the enhanced spec version (DSi) to come out, and for 3DS it took 3 (New 3DS).

this
hacked my 3ds and put so many games onto it, but i hardly play any of them. its like a monkey's paw curse.

Do you have Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum 'n' Fun!?

i mean, i have a tv and i play my consoles on it and do prefer it but i've seen loads of issues with joycons and apparently the switch screen scratches easily in the dock and other stuff and the lite kinda fixes those issues seeing as its built to be more durable, has an actual dpad and doesn't have to be docked and is significantly cheaper especially if you consider all the extra accessories you'd need to buy to fix those switch issues like a screen protector, dock cover, replacement joycons with an actual dpad etc etc.
last portable i had was a ds lite like 10 years ago.

Pirate’s fatigue and choice paralysis
I knew I had a problem when I did the same thing

Had 400 3DS games yet when I brought a 12$ used copy of SMT IV I beat it in less than 3 days

I knew after I should just buy my games otherwise I’ll just see them as worthless files.

You've got a good point but based on what we've seen so far of the Lite the sticks look like the exact same as the Joy-Con's, just with a white rubber cap. I imagine it'd be worse on that because you'd have to send over the whole system for repair rather than the controller itself. The Joy-Con are really terrible controllers with shit weak ribbon cables that bend and split into halves because their placement in the housing puts them into a lot of stress, drifting sticks, crappy plastic latches, etc. I doubt I'll get one but I do hope the D-Pad is miles better than the crapshoot that's in the Pro Controller.

>hackable

I assume if you do it will get blocked online?

If you do hack it and use it as normal then yes it'll definitely get banned. Switch's system software uses a lot of telemetry, more than previous consoles. You could block Nintendo's servers with 90DNS, not go online at all, or use EmuNAND in Atmosphere or Chink"SX"OS, but I have no idea how far have homebrewfags gotten wtih EmuNAND.

Thanks senpai, I'm thinking of wiping my main Switch data to the lite and then hacking the main Switch.

I definitely know how that feels, have a 128gb 6gb ram Nokia 8.1 and I have so much games from the wii era and under installed, it keeps me up at night deciding what games I should play the next day. But it feels great having a huge collection of multi platform masterpieces on your small phone ready to play at anytime with a bluetooth controller.

Guys I'm playing there houses and I'm on the mission where you need to see what is causing this illness in a village. How far am I? It feels like im getting through each month at a decent pace.

Bought a screen protector from walmart and can't seem to place it properly. any tips?

>died in FE in the mock battle like 3 times in classic hard

mmhmm this game is gonna take me some time

Ah thanks! Albeit honestly since i'd just wanna play MK online i might just keep it as is.

Just get the Amfilm one, it's pretty kino and has handles on the sides for ease of installation.
Yeah, me too. For this reason alone I'd want to get another Switch. Just the enhanced battery model and use that as my main system while the one I have now gets hacked.

Musou games are a guilty pleasure of mine. Playing Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends Definitive Edition.
Also searching for a JRPG to sink my teeth into. Looked at bit into XBC2 but it doesn't look like it's for me. I might just wait for DQ11.

Rather not buy another screen protector....

Ask your mom to help you

Ah, okay then. Well, where are you having trouble putting it in?

Are Musou games repetitive? Like, do the enemies stand still and do nothing? I've always had that mindset in regards to them. But I guess they should be comfy.

bump

So I know the first two Doom ports are shit, but does anyone know if the Doom 3 port is ok?

Three Houses is my first Fire Emblem game. Some characters are wanting to learn multiple weapons. Is it worthwhile to have them get proficiency in two different weapons or should I stick to one weapon and something like riding or heavy armor as a secondary?

Looks like it is since Panic Button is behind the port.

Attached: 20190725_175033.jpg (1080x1440, 690K)

>Are Musou games repetitive?
Very. Some are better than others at providing variation or a myriad of unlocks to work towards, Hyrule Warriors for example, but ultimately it's a flaw of the genre. You can easily sink many hours into the genre, but repetitive content is a hurdle for most.

>Like, do the enemies stand still and do nothing?
Standard units attack, but they are mostly cannon fodder. Archers are usually annoying though.
Officers/Named characters and other bigger units attack aggressively and provide the threat, however that eventually falls short to the power creep in your own units.
That's why musou games tend to focus on defending positions, capturing based, escorting characters, time limits or other such objectives to spice it up.

Your mindset isn't exactly wrong, but it's not the whole truth either.

Just started Fire Emblem. Graphics are pretty bad, but it's fun. Blue Lions baby.

Same thing happened with my 3DS. Now, I won't hack my Switch even if I could now.

>wanna hack switch
>need USB C wire
>gotta ground pins
Anyone here hack their switch without a jig? How hard was it?

>yfw Shambhala

Looking at buying a switch once target opens later today since I've been in the market and I saw a coupon for 50% off a game with a console purchase.

I'm just thinking Smash, but should I get a different game?

Get Quest of Dungeons. Seriously.

I'll pronably start Fire Emblem later today. Starting with Gay Deer, I guess.

I don't know how this happens to you people.
I just hacked my n2ds, downloaded a crapton of games and started playing them in the order that FBI installed them.
Didn't like OoT/MM, but loved Minish Cap/ALBW for some reason. Kirby (Robobot specifically) is also way better than I thought it would be.

fire emblem is actually pretty tight t b h

At least they aren't as bad as Sword and Shield's.

>should I get a different game?
It all depends on what genre you like
Don't buy FE though, it's shit

dunno if i want to open the warfare edition of fire emblem and play it or just preserve it. shit sucks

>playing MH with your cock out
Based.

Still near the beginning of Three Houses(I assume) and I picked Black Eagles just because it's been a while since I played an FE and I've heard her maps are the simplest(or the most shit, depending on your perspective I guess)

I was wondering is there any benefit to leaving her as a noble or should I use the beginner crest on her right away?

Attached: 1563687816060.jpg (1024x885, 169K)

There's a free EmuNAND solution people seem pretty happy with since last month. It made me finally pull the trigger on modding my launch system and I got to save money on Fire Emblem with Astral Chain around the corner too. Still playing Mario Maker on my "clean" OFW but we'll see if I get caught up in a banwave or not.

If I pick up a unit from a store, is there a version i can get that is currently unshakable then? And how do newer games work if it requires newer firmware?

I was worried about scratches from the dock too but then I just got a $8 pack of screen protectors and have no issues

No

I just got off work and have FE waiting for me after I ate dinner but I feel more like playing Ace Attorney Trilogy. I'm on ep 4 of 1 in the third trial and I think that it awoke a love for Mystery Visual Novel games for me. I also bought the Nonary Games and The first two Daganranpa games on my vita and am really interested in that "Your Turn to Die" game that Yea Forums has been shilling for the past couple of weeks. So this is the first time in months that I've been enjoying my Switch since Smash came out

Attached: 1562513893799.jpg (1536x2048, 375K)

Nope, all stores nowadays have the second revision, I would highly recommend waiting until the 3rd rolls out in august

Interesting user. You got a source? I'd be keen on checking that out.

Playing xenoblade 2 for the first time, I'm on chapter 7. Yea Forums told me to hate it but I'm loving it so far. Awesome story, great characters, and kino ost

Did the Switch belly poster get range banned? Just curious because he really made me hate white people.

Literally who

I've been playing a lot Gungeon recently, any recommendations on other dungeon crawlers I should get into?

If you don't mind the price, try out Blaster Master Zero

Xenoblade 2 and sdb heroes, planing on playing bayo 1 +2 afterwards. Just doing stuff at my own pace, it's a pretty enjoyable console

Not to into metriodvanias right now to be honest but I'll give it a go.

>play Fire Emblem
>loading screen
>Most Deployed Units
>Edelgard #1
All you Black Eagle niggers need to hang.

Attached: 1391103588955.jpg (300x300, 32K)

Bro if you love musou but want to mix it up try Attack on Titan 2. Super addicting game with good combat and soaring across the map quickly feels great. Don't even need to of seen the anime or manga as the game tells you the story (which all cutscenes are skipable if not your thing). Can't recommend game enough

does it run well on the switch?
also, is zelda musou good?

I missed on the wii and wii u are the game playable on switch in one way or another?

All of the relevant WiiU games have been ported in one way or another, and while there's some prototypes of Dolphin running slowly on the Switch, it isn't anywhere near peak performance, and doubt it'll ever be.

Your best choice for catching up on what you missed of the wii... is buying a wii and hacking it (which is piss easy compared to a switch).
Alternatively, emulate on your PC, but you'll be missing on the wagglan and pointing that too many games like to use.

Runs good, actually surprisingly good. Some graphics can be janky like buildings being destroyed but exception more than the rule.

Never played Hyrule Warriors for Switch but put like 50 hrs in on Wii U. Great game and has so much content. The DLC maps and everything give you so much game to play

Thanks man, god dammit the switch is peak comfy

Wii U ports
>The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (debatable)
>LEGO City Undercover (no longer published by Nintendo)
>Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
>Pokkén Tournament DX
>Bayonetta
>Bayonetta 2
>Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition
>Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker
>New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe
Wii U game equivalents to Switch
>Splatoon -> Splatoon 2
>Super Smash Bros. for Wii U -> Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
>Super Mario Maker -> Super Mario Maker 2

That's from the top of my head. Pretty much just this is what you'll get. Pretty much what said.

Got two endings in hollow knight now. Dont know if i will get them all.
Im waiting for astral and digimon

Attached: 36e0089e573ebcd3.jpg (540x960, 73K)

I'm a poornig and only got $60 on the eShop, so I need to figure out whether I should get Mario Maker or Astral Chain. No vouchers so fuck me.

Well ac comes out in a month. If you can wait that long for a puchchase then check reviews/gameplay of it when it comes out

Attached: ezgif-5-33d9d98da2.gif (600x1067, 3.88M)

Is anyone excited for the 8BitDo SN30 Pro+?

I'll have to look into it, I really like what they've shown of it so far, coming as someone who enjoys playing Bayonetta. I'd say it looks like my kind of game.

Been addicted to Dragon Quest Builders 2. Almost done with the main story. Just got back to lulutopia after finishing moonbrooke and just laid some traps down. God what a fucking fun game.

Also how's fire emblem everyone? I've never played any of the games before but I've been thinking about buying three houses. Would someone who likes Valkyria Chronicles like it?

Yeah, too bad it's made by Omega force. They've been struggling to get their games running well for at least 3 years now. Why did square context them for this is a mystery.

For the single player, the framerate is okay and definitely playable most of the time, but the last island I went to in the blizzard area, the shit got ridiculous. Even with that said, I really hope people arent passing up the game because of some framerate issues. It truly is fantastic and I hope most people interested give it a chance.

To be fair I have the same problem with every videogames but SMT always hook me for some reason

I should try to circumvent that and actually play shit on my 3DS thinking about it.

I just got a Switch, 1 year of Nintendo Online and a 99 dollar eshop giftcard as a gift. What two games do I buy using the 2 game voucher?

I never really got into Nintendo stuff, always been a PC gamer. I did finish BOTW on PC btw.

Doom 3.
The crouch isn't working neither is the sprint. It's either a bug or my joystick's don't work right. Also, do they sell the cord that connects to a TV? I lost mine.

Attached: 1559023794642.jpg (1500x1800, 2.07M)

It's easy to ground pins using a paper clip or a piece of thin single core wire. I'd honestly just get a jig anyway though. It's nice having a purpose built jig around so you don't have to worry about shorting or damaging the pins trying to get a paperclip in there.

They're only like a dollar anyway. If you need a USB C cable you might as well just order that and a jig together off amazon or something.

>Anyone here hack their switch without a jig?
i did it
>How hard was it?
as long as you're not retarded and can take time to search for info, you'll be good

Bump.

An HDMI cable? Seriously?

Oh, that's what it was?

Are you braindead cunt? Do you really not know what an HDMI cable is?

Three Houses feels like the best FE game in a long time. I can't fucking put it down.
playing on hard/classic is the way to go by the way. I was worried at first that the school stuff would be tropey as shit but I'm pleasantly surprised at how good of a job they're doing at building up the plot and setting up all the mysteries. Shit like the students having a line each after they kill their first human was pretty surprising.

I know what it was. I just forgot the name.
Chill the fuck out.

Attached: 1564091440959.png (1422x1250, 1.45M)

It's literally etched into your TV you shitcunt

How do 8bitdos work on switch? No problems at all? I ordered one a while ago and wondering if it works well wit the console since I might get one soon.

youtube.com/watch?v=PMS-LMKXKTo
god this looks great.
>FE turns out to be genuinely great again
>Got AC to look forward to next month as well
Gonna be a comfy 2 months.
Now kiss.

Just playing Smash as usual, i'd play SMM2 more but playing levels of autistic kids & faggots who can't commit even a little bit to making their level better is pretty tiresome.
Wish the Switch had less refugees, I don't feel at home with so many Indiefags or former Vitafags around. Probably just my autism, whatever.

Attached: 1551788522468.gif (576x324, 1.41M)

>Probably just my autism, whatever.
It is.

When something is popular it's guaranteed to attract insects, soibois and faggots.

Just finished The Last Remnant. Solid 8/10 and a recommendation for people who play RPGs other than Final Fantasy.
>pic related kinda spoiler
>final boss has HP on critical
>3 of my unions have 3 unique arts ready
>he almost killed me on the following turn
Jesus Christ, that was fucking intense!

I'm starting with FE Three Houses later today.

Attached: IMG_20190727_141130.jpg (3264x1840, 1.75M)

Have fun with TH. If you've played an FE before I recommend going hard/classic, funnest way to play the game so far imo

Doom 3 does not. I'm staying with a friend who does not have internet access so I was a giant loser and took my switch into work yesterday to get some updates when they shadow dropped the Doom games. I dl'd them before all of the news came out. Anyway, went home and it tried to get me to connect to the internet, but I just backed out and was able to start playing Doom 3. Didn't get super far before falling asleep, but everyone says it's a pretty good port.

Yes, that's the plan!

I loved the game a decade ago, when drop locations and monster spawns were arcane and the player just got lucky. Wikis made the game bearable, but also removed any of the mystique. Also endgame characters were a chore to get.
I wish they'd make a second after such an atrocious sequel hook.

I've seen Diablo III on sale for £30, thinking of picking it up as is a friend of mine that has a Switch, with the intent of playing it co-op.

Just wondering what the single player experience is like though, because our schedules don't always line up well lately. I've only played a bit of the very first Diablo and I enjoyed it but don't know if it might get a bit repetitive.

I have no idea how I beat X360 version withouw wiki, FAQs and Yea Forums. But that was a nightmare, especially with all those slowdowns. Sadly, I never played PC version because I didn't know it was improved. When I finally heard what's in PC version, the game was pulled off from Steam. Fucking lol.
I will definitely play NG+ on hard one day. But after Scarlet Grace. That game (port) should come out this year, yes?

Soon

Attached: EAeik3rUwAE3BKg.jpg (779x1100, 164K)

My autism has me playing hours and hours of DQB2 each day, I just cant stop playing.

Finished the story mode of SMM 2, I was looking foward to playing the new Wolfenstein on the Switch and then realised how awful it looks so I'll he picking up Doom 3 instead. Astral Chain, Zelda: Link's Awakening and Luigis Mansion 3 looks dope too

is the framerate of the game really as bad as those bait threads make it out to be?

Yep. Looking fun.

>three houses actually has great story, great characters, great OST and great gameplay
i feel so fucking happy bros I didn't think we'd be ever getting an old-style good FE after Fates ever again

Anyone know of a dock power brick smaller than the default one? Hate having to disconnect both my Xbox and PS4 to use the switch since the plug blocks the other plugs

>each path is around 60-80 hours of content
>cutscenes are only 1 hour and 15 minutes tops of the game
feels like a reverse-Fates sort of deal in a good way, I was sure they were going to lock a "true" route behind a paywall but looks like they havent

It certain dips, and I'm sure the PS4 has better frames, but honestly I'm not a faggot who only cares about frames. From my understanding the main frame dip comes when playing multiplayer because other players have gone full HAM and loaded their map with shit to be rendered.

fair enough, I might get it if they continue to patch it in the future

It feels like they went overboard with Fates, saw people complain and then went overboard in the exact opposite direction

it's redeemed them in my eyes because Fates was so bad it turned me off from the series for years until now. I'm 40 hours into my first run and I'm getting that comfy feeling I got when I first started playing FE all over again. Shit's good

Can switches be hacked to play game for free the way a 3ds can?

Who are the yuri options in Fire Emblem for FeMC?

Sothis, Rhea, Dorothea and Edelgard iirc

>Enjoying Fire Emblem?
Enjoying both FEH and FETH

mercedes too i think

oh and mercedes

Only the first batch.

Three Houses is good but a lot of the changes as feel weird and take some time getting used to.
But man, I was iffy on the whole Persona slice-of-life stuff but the background music is so comfy, the school is so fucking Hogwartz and the voice acting is good enough that I'm actually really comfy in these bits.
Doing nonsense side quests is actually kind of fun, is this what AC games are like?

Yes, as mentioned the first batch

Also Nintendo does console bans if they catch you online so yeah have fun with your single player only games from here on out (honestly not that much of a downside since Nintendo online offerings suck massive Donkey Kong balls)

Attached: 1561936240665.jpg (207x244, 7K)

how far into it are you? once you start getting abilities/combat arts that function like the weapon triangle it becomes a lot more familiar I think
also I'm having the exact same feeling, the monastery sections are genuinely fun and the voice acting is surprisingly better than I expected. Having pretty much the entire game voiced is adding a lot to the immersion

So do you need to turn off the internet totally or is it just when you enter online lobbies and what not?

Should I get one of these? It's a controller adapter

Attached: 41mH9JQHRZL._AC_SY400_.jpg (412x400, 19K)

>That gif
Wait, is that the same house that that one pitbull "smiling" webm was recorded in?

>"""/hbg/"""shop
Good job downloading a cert stealer, you fucking retard.

Boys, the switch is hacked. What dO I get?

Whatever you want, just make sure you dont use Nu-Tinfoil or """/hbg/"""shop if you value your Switch at all.

Odyssey maybe an RPG might be good if you like those. I used my voucher to get Three Houses and Astral Chain

I have a magic NS to use my Wii U pro on my Switch and it serves me well. Beats dropping 80 for a Switch pro.

Already using and downloading games, sorry lad. What have I done to myself?

When someone (other than blawar because he's a skid) works out console cert swapping in relation to unbans, you can guarantee that your console is going to be permabanned without ever going online. It could also have brick code, who knows considering its not open source and the """developer""" is mentally challenged.
You've let someone who shit his pants in rage over the homebrew general, created a fucking reddit and discord calling himself "the real /hbg", begged for donations in the discord for "leaks ahead of time" and claims that "setting your id's to 0's makes online secure :)" basically have unfiltered access to your Switch.

I wasn't planning on going online anyway. Can't I just swap back to stock and play my legit games when I want anyway?

While you can, but as soon as someone else cracks Switch unbanning Blawar is gonna sell your console certificates and you're going to get banned because someone else paid for your info.

I just wanted an enjoyable Doom port to play when I can't be on my computer. And Bethesda had to fuck it up.

Attached: defeatedguy.jpg (300x246, 10K)

Any comfy games you guys can recommend? I'm looking for something with Harvest Moon vibes but anything comfy works, preferably something I can play while lying down in bed and can pick up anytime.

Minecraft
Dragon Quest Builders

Unironically Minecraft

what if i only use gold leaf to transfer nsp i find online?

hmmm

Attached: You're a freakin' Saiyan, Kakarot..jpg (799x784, 92K)

Got Dragon marked for death since its by Megaman Zero devs and its fucking shit.
>almost zero progression
>most of the stats mean jackshit
>most weapons use the same models. Best weapons has no unique models at all
>the weird as fuck DLC model
>lobby system is off-putting and empty as fuck
>90% of players pick only Shinobi because he's OP as fuck while everyone else is underused
>barely any enemy variety and bosses can be bashed over and over ignoring methods
>has literally only 5 hours of content but 40 hours of grinding which is all meaningless
>best farming levels are locked behind DLC
>levels are bland other than that castle level because it was literally a copy of SOTN
>music is generic
It was basically a shitty version of Harmony of Despair. Speaking of which, HoD port when?

Attached: 1516757173816.png (260x472, 246K)

Goldleaf and Old Tinfoil are open source, meaning you can actually see what the fuck they're doing to your Switch. They're both perfectly fine.
Nu-Tinfoil, which is just Old Tinfoil, Goldleaf's UI and Blawars cancer is not, which means all you can do is trust the person thats telling you to download it and hope they arent doing anything else. Considering how much of a fag Blawar is, you really shouldnt.

Superbeat Xonic is good

I don't trust this whole hbg shop stuff and the people around it, they seem way too fucking cancerous, i'll keep goldleaf and find nsp by myself, thanks for the explanation.
I just have to remind myself that something like freeshop will never happen again

Rune Factory

Nothing will even happen lad. Calm down.

Please help me decide on what game to use my last voucher on bros.

I'm new to my switch and nintendo in general. I'm torn on whether to get three houses or mario odyssey.

I've never played a fire emblem game before but it seems to be getting loads of praise and looks fairly interesting, but the same can be said about Mario.

What should I get?

Guys when is the new model with better battery out in Europe and should I wait? I want to play fire emblem and Zelda so bad damn.

Yeah, it does suck. I get that people want their shit right on the device, it really was such a good feature but just trusting someone that promises you a similar service with your entire console is a recipe for disaster.
FreeShop was also open source, even the dude behind it that got v&'d for CP wasnt as fucking shady as Blawar.
DarkUmbra seems to be the best spot for games if you arent interested in trying to find a Discord. You have to deal with linkfly type redirection cancer that asks you to disable your AdBlock but it all ends up in a GoogleDrive or OneDrive in the end.
Fuck off skid.

Depends on what you like more user. Odyssey is a very consistent and great platformer that's fun all the way through imo, but Fire Emblem offers like 200+ hours of gameplay and a fuck ton of replay value, if you're a fan of RPG's i'd definitely recommend it

Nu-Fire Emblem is trash, Odyssey is fantastic.

>What are you playing, Yea Forumsros?
Nothing, the Switch is pretty shit.

>Enjoying Fire Emblem?
I caught a glimpse and may try it, but it will likely confirm it is what it looks like: complete garbage.

NEW MODEL WHEN AAAAAAAAAAAA GIVE ME A DATE NINTENDO

zero games

dumbass. Nu-FE only accounts for Awakening and Fates, which ARE trash. Three Houses is one of the best games in the series in pretty much every way, it's the polar opposite of fates.
also fuck me the OST's only gotten better and better youtube.com/watch?v=wcKPrI7awME

Just three story battles, that's good to know though. I'm interested to see how many battle arts there are.
And yeah, I'm actually really surprised they voice acted the entire game basically. Maybe this is why the delayed it?

You still can, what's the issue regarding DRM?

The biggest issue with Marked for Death is that it's a game clearly designed for local co-op but it has no balancing or dedicated solo-play levels
Like, it would have been better if they did the MHGU thing where they had dedicated campaigns for each character for solo-play

Any news about the new OG Switch?

How come there are no preorders yet?

>You have to deal with linkfly type redirection cancer that asks you to disable your AdBlock but it all ends up in a GoogleDrive or OneDrive in the end.
fuck that, i just use stuff like jdownloader to bypass that crap. Besides i prefer to use switchbounty, it's much more direct to get the nsps

Quite a few from what I've heard, and a fuck ton of classes to choose from and upgrade to. I'd presume so, I'm pretty grateful for the delay now since it seems like this is a seriously complete product. 4 paths, all full-length in gameplay with none being the same or one "forced" true cop-out ending. IS did well for once, it's a shocker

It's due to be released sometime in the middle of august, but it's only battery improvement and makes no difference in graphical quality.

If you can wait a month grab the new one. It'll likely be the only one they release from now on anyway.

Good enough

Yeah
I was nervous after Fates let me down hard but it seems they took that to heart and made a proper war story.
I also like we're introduced to most of the cast from the outset. It's fun to get new units progressively but it leaves less and less time to get to know them outside of doing tons of side shit.

Switch has no gam-

How easy is fire emblem to get into if you've literally never played one before?

>I'm looking for something with Harvest Moon
Stardew Valley
Animal Crossing next year.

>Splatoon 2
>not Shit Tier
Incorrect.

Pretty easy, newer ones have pretty accessible difficulty options and even modes where there's no permadeath on units if you dont want to have to get perfect victories in every battle.
This one is pretty different from past ones though. Awakening is usually considered the ideal entry point and Three Houses is sort of an evolution

>salty lawfag

Splatoon 1 and 2 are fucking horrible, simple as that
