Botw sucks bokoblin cock

What the fuck is there even to do in botw? The shrines feel like a 4 year old made them, koroks are tedious after the first 20, you have to actively disadvantage yourself to make combat even passable, dungeons are a total joke. I feel like everyone’s just drooling over the cell shaded grass when there’s not even a fucking game there. Can we stop sucking Nintendo’s dick and realize they made like the worst open world game of the past few years?

>Can we stop sucking Nintendo’s dick
Unforunately not. If you don't suck one company's cock, you're apparently sucking another's.

>What the fuck is there even to do in botw?
A fucktons of things that would take too long to type, and would probably hit the letter-limit of Yea Forums posts as well.

>Can we stop sucking Nintendo’s dick
Not before OP stops sucking literal BBC.

>and realize they made like the worst open world game of the past few years?
Why would we deceive ourselves on purpose?
The whole world agrees on it already: Nintendo fucking fixed and SAVED the open world games. Ironically, they did it by going back to their own series' roots, and tweaking it a bit.

>Nintendo fucking fixed and SAVED the open world games.
By making the whole game's content be climbing towers to uncover the map, finding collectables, and doing incredibly simplistic and uninspired physics puzzles?
Wow, you can freeze time on a rock, smack it a bunch, then grab onto it to travel really fast.

Super convenient you refuse to say what actually made the game good and instead resort to attacking people who think otherwise, you tremendous fucking ponce.

>there’s so many things to do I couldn’t even type it!
Name one that wasn’t mentioned in the post, and no walking around and looking at scenery isn’t a thing to do. The garbage that pass as “quests” as few and far between as they are in the shitty villages hardly counts either.

The only issue with the open world genre was saturation, and you can’t fix saturation by making more open world games, retard. Obviously there’s garbage open world games like most of ubisofts work, but as far as I’m concerned Witcher 3 fixed any worries people had about the genre. Even the story telling in botw is atrocious.

What AAA release in recent years is a more open open world game than BOTW?
Far Cry 5 is the closest game I can think of at the moment and even it had extremely streamlined story progression in comparison

>By making the whole game's content be climbing towers to uncover the map, finding collectables, and doing incredibly simplistic and uninspired physics puzzles?
Sounds like you played the game maybe 20 minutes.

>Wow, you can freeze time on a rock, smack it a bunch, then grab onto it to travel really fast.
things you literally learn during tutorials.

>Super convenient you refuse to say what actually made the game good
I am not refusing anything. That is simply not what you asked originally. Stay on topic, or go back to school to learn basics of conversation.

But, lemme humor you a bit.
It is very hard for me to think big negatives for BotW. Majority of the nitpicks I could come up with touch upon the end-game content and how OP you become, rendering the plethora of functions and tactics obsolete. One could also argue that the enemy rooster is limited, but I could personally only think of 1 or 2 past foes that could actually fit the game's style and gameplay, one of them being Skulltulas with elemental variations.

>Name one that wasn’t mentioned in the post
Rising horses.
I spent days on playing with my hoofed virtual buddies. Really wish there was a stable DLC.

BOTW is a game where you make your own fun. Instead of making a game that is well designed based on the mechanics of the game, Nintendo decided to give you everything you can do in the first 10 minutes and then say "Do WhAtEvEr!" because apparently that's how you make games. Unfortunately, the things the games presents to you are fucking boring. Shrines feel loosely designed and there are only like 20 good ones. Ancient Beasts are the worst dungeons of all time and the bosses are equally as bad. The only good part of BOTW are the random quests you'll stumble upon when walking around, but you have to walk around and do nothing for hours before you even find one of them. The game is fucking boring. The game is called Breath of the Wild, but it should be called Breath of the Mild because that's where my excitement level is at when playing this piece of shit.

The fact other games aren't doing it well doesn't mean the least shit of the bunch is actually amazing and paving the way for future games of its genre.

>I am not refusing anything. That is simply not what you asked originally. Stay on topic, or go back to school to learn basics of conversation.
Go back to school? You don't even know the basics of argument. If you're going to refute a point, the least you can do is offer a proper counter-argument instead of an off-hand "oh, it's so great I just can't even begin".
I can smell the cock on your breath from here.

>walking around doesn’t count
“Aha! But riding around does! Gotcha!

The only thing you’ve convinced me of is that the game is genuinely as devoid of content as we all think it is.

Sauce on the printed image

>bla bla bla that's not an argument!!
all you're saying now.

Upkeeping horses =/= riding around.
Try to maintain your ADHD and illiteracy.

Witcher 3 remains the best in the genre. It has yet to be matched, and given its dlc I wouldn’t call it that old of a release. Cyberpunk will likely be the next game we can say that about, assuming the devs aren’t killed during crunch.

>nintendo tries to do something very different with zelda for a change by giving the player more freedom
>retards on Yea Forums completely fall apart

>NinTEndOgs iS the BeSt OpeN WoRlD GaME oF ThE CEnTURy! DOg UpKEEp =\= doG WaLkING!

>Witcher 3 remains the best in the genre.
Nigger, it's not even the best game in its own SERIES. You fags also seem to think that fancy cutscenes and dialog trees make a good, captivating " game".

A game can give you more freedom to play with its mechanics WHILE STILL HAVING CONTENT. MGSV had a lot of content even with its obvious cuts, and still gave you absolute freedom in execution. If your line of reasoning made any sense then no mans sky is probably your favorite game, total freedom!

>GRAPHICS DONT MATTER! SYSTEM SHOCK 2 IS BEST GAME!
Neck yourself faggot.

Is that even English?
Also, who are you quoting?
Are you alright, user?

You sure are very defensive over a game you apparently don't like a lot, user. What do you hope to achieve with all your constant bitching?

That's nice, but who are you quoting?
SS2 is a pretty damn gud game, btw.
