The real release date for Hero seems to be August 4th. The theory of Porky being announced in any way shape or form the 27th along with Hero, is hereby deconfirmed.

They're distributed and optimized for large scale deliver of large assets, as opposed to just the basic text on webpages that is so small it can all be handled by basically one server outside of a few scenarios.
