SC4 filtered me so hard I never played a city builder again

SC3000 I got used to it
SC4 I was too brainlet to make a city that didn't go into debt, also it ran really poorly on my computer

Is it true this game needs a mod to fix the commute system ? I've had sims who never used the subways close to them to get to work unless I demolished their houses to 'reset' their path finding.

You can use SC4Mapper or SC4 Terraformer to make your own.
I only use Mapper, which is fine if you want to use Photoshop to shape the terrain first.
I might be convinced to make one for you. I dunno. It's getting kinda hot in this room and I gotta duck out at some point.
There are a decent amount of modders still committed to SC4. It's nice to see. And all of this in a game that doesn't have proper mod support. They do good work.

SC4Terraformer would have all the tools you need if you can't have Photoshop.
But sure, I can try something. Do you have a base image? Or do you just want a general terrain of some sort?

yeah, in Mapper you can set the size to pretty much anything you want.
I don't know how Terraformer does it.
