SC4 filtered me so hard I never played a city builder again
SC2000 loved it
SC3000 I got used to it
SC4 I was too brainlet to make a city that didn't go into debt, also it ran really poorly on my computer

Me too user.. That's why I'm asking.. the guy who made them was lurking a couple of yrs ago. Oh I also can't figure out making custom regions.
