I would say it's actually one of the better systems, a little cumbersome, but easily broken once you have a good understanding of where to get spheres. You can take the mid game by storm once you can get Yuna some Black Magic, Tidas learning Cure and Wakka more strength then he knows what to do with. Dammit, now I want to play X again.
I think the only other system that I really liked was XII, but that game has so many other problems that I just couldn't stand playing it.
