Doom 2016 or Wolfenstein: The New Order, which one should I get?

Doom

Why not both? Wolfenstein is only a few bucks on steam right now.

I'd say play Wolf then Doom.

Wolfenstein was really cool at the time as a revival of a classic shooter, but doom blows it out of the water.

Honestly, this.
TNO and TNC is worth playing, but going from Doom to TNO makes the latter feel clunky and slow.

DOOM if you just want to rip and tear.
Wolfestein if you wanna hear the MC cry about mean nazis.

I'd go with doom.

Hated Doom, found Wittgenstein The New Order reasonably fun. Neither are very good.

neither you disgusting Behtesda $hill

can we go one thread without this

>why not both?

Absolute madman.

Isn't Wolfenstein: The New Order like 80gb in size? How do people justify this?

It's 45

DOOM

Neither. Both are some of THE shittiest zoomer garbage on this planet.

both of them are.
Nobody ever tries to justify it, because it is pure bullshit.

wolfenstein has no arenas
doom has arenas

Wolfenstein's level design is straight corridors though, right?

Doom.

so is D44M's, but it just stops you on your tracks by making you run around in circles in lock-down rooms, over and over again.

If you prefer set pieces then go with Wolfenstein. However I think its core gameplay is not particularly fun while Doom can be a blast. The problem with Doom is a lack of variety in the game's latter half. Wolfenstein has pretty shallow stealth and horrendous bullet sponge enemies.

Play The New Order, then The Old Blood, then Doom 2016. You can wait for Doom Eternal after that, but The New Colossus and Youngbloods are just not good. those feel like complete downgrades

TNO. DOOM had pretty good gameplay but the artstyle was so boring I stopped playing it.

Neither.
Just download original Doom 1 and 2, grab the GZDoom source-port, and go fucking nuts with endless mega mods.

If you wanna blast Natzees, go play RtcW, or even the 2009 Wolfenstein.

hi rpgcodex

Doom. Onionstein isn't worth bothering with.

...who?

None, get some fun indie games instead while saving some money.

This.
Better yet: wait for the Serious Sam 4.

dilate.

Someone requires an intercourse.
