Tfw you just want a cozy Dragon Quest Builders 2 thread to discuss how fun the game is and what everyone's building but have literal autists discussing fps issues on online user made maps. Let's make this a thread dedicated to DQB2 owners only.

I am completing the tablet target before actually working on personal project
I need that buildnocular

I only just now beat the furfag army on Moonbrooke but that'll probably be what I do too when I finally beat it. How many tablet quests are there in the post game? Or how long does it take to finish them all?

On moonbroke.... Starting to feel burnt out on the game after a week of playing..
Daaaaaaaaamniiiiiiiiiiiiiittt

I can't believe this game made me do that to my boy, fuck this island

Anyway to lay down the old blueprints?

Is it possible to magic pencil the buildings?

The mirror? I felt like I got punched in the gut after he confronted me after the battle, saying how he was really hurt by that. ;_;

Story isn't grabbing me like one but its alright so far.

The ones you have to make on the story islands. Guess I should go back and magic pencil them all?

Yeah, from the builderpedia thing. You can't lay down the big buildings from the islands, though, which is infuriating me. I wanted to build the bars again.

You gotta be more understanding, Switch players are still waiting for the game to catch up to them turning the camera for the first time.

>tfw you've gone through 7k Grassy Earth, 200 piles of shit, 200 Grass Seeds, and 200 Acorns just to make half of Green Gardens actually green
It's both a slog and really rewarding
When this is all said and done, I get to make all (or most) of Cerulean Steppe covered in snow.

Other than the dog does ra's mirror work on anyone else?

Waiting for the fucking heatwave to leave so I can play comfortably.

Can we get a 30fps cap or maybe some render distance options to improve framerate in switch? If the patch isn't provided I'll just hope some modders figure this shit out first.

Is there any reason to play the first one now that the sequel exists? I haven't played any DQ games at all

How do I creativity?

Builders 2 on the switch is already capped at 30

I read that it's variable 60 like ps4

But it's literally the best island

It's the worst
The other two were far better, story wise and character I feel like I enjoyed it but otherwise it was bland.
Too much focus on the traps and lackluster combat
Also them constantly insulting malroth behind his back got old fast

non v-sync 30 cap, in theory

why would you make a game for consoles if it doesn't work on consoles?

I see. It was the eurogamer article on performance where I read it was variable 60. I found another article saying capped 30 right after.

It works fine, it's just that it really didn't take into account how wild people would go online building stuff.
And people went WILD.

Except that both version of the game dip sub 30 in the campaign

I wish it had a true sandbox mode with flat building world

I named the dog Malruff.

Is the switch version good?

>in the campaign
>both versions

I've been trying to make a good castle in Lulutopia for days now, I'm just too brainlet for this.

Yes. the only time I have any issues with framerate is when the camera gets half in water and half out of water. For some reason it chugs the framerate.

Yes, in the sense that the PS4 version apparently isn't much better.
Some say the Switch handheld might actually be the best version because at 720p the frames don't dip as much.

Anyone know where I can get zapphire in moonbrooke? I need some and have none for the objective

When exactly do you get the online mode? I just found pumpkins and tomatoes and I have to make the cute little loli a home.

And also the webm here

Can't remember, but check these areas.

The basement with the wizad table, the chest by the statue at the cliff close to the castle, the church basement where the nun is, top right corner of the map where you dive down and look around in the temple.

Both are creative mode user maps, they even say so in the video

You're a life saver user thanks. Didnt even know there was a basement in the church, that's where I found them

When you get off the first island if I remember correctly

Go back to there and use the magic pencil around it, you'll be good to go.

Can't decide between picking up this or Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.

>Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.
That game is beyond trash. I am not even joking here.

I'm in the final area and I just discovered that you can shoot a fireball with the charge attack if you're equipped with the flame sword. It does decent damage too, will wipe weaker mobs from a distance.

>mission is to build a throne room and a royal bedroom
I built two royal bedrooms, one for me and one for my queen Lulu.

Is it weird that Babs makes me rock hard?

Attached: 1480851210467.gif (300x167, 894K)

Babs is hot, especially after she undergoes her bimbofication. But for me, it's Lulu that gets me going.

For me, it's Annette

Rosie is my girl.

Warwick is a bitch ass nigga and im glad hes dead

but its a she

>she actually wants a cute room
kek

I named mine Sneed because it finds seeds

I named her Sadaharu while I didn't know it was a girl.
