On multiple occasions, I lost all my hp but there was no death animation for Miriam and I could keep playing until the game over screen was completely on. That's pretty poorly made.

I was stuck at this part for a while because i forgot that there was blood pool over there and when i first time saw it i assumed i need a swimming upgrade not blood suck. I only remembered that "there's fucking nothing at the entrance" so i never went there, heh..
Speaking of suck, that ability that lets you walk underwater fucking sucks ass, i just got it and holy fuck its so awful and slow.

What's even worse is that for the waterwalking shard you have to get the water stream shard first BY chance, and then actually equip it to see what the fuck does it do.

All food gives a permanent stat buff. Wanna kick yourself even more? All drinks give you more mp regen.

I keep holding out on using food until I'm injured, but once I'm injured I think I can make it to the next save point or teleporter. And then I get to a boss and I'm trying to beat them without getting hit, so I'm not using them there either. Basically I wind up playing through about half of the game without touching food.

If I eat food in normal mode do the permanent effects carry over to NG+ or I have to eat them all over again?
