Either good for art, good for music or good for both.
I'll start out with some good music

title screen kino
The title screen for Warioware Touched or Mario 64 for reasons that it was its own minimal but silly game
Sneaky fuck, you know what you did.

They were all dead. The final gunshot was an exclamation mark to everything that had led to this point. I released my finger from the trigger. And then it was over.

It changes as you progress through the game, with more and more characters being added. They change poses when you beat the game, too.
Every persona menu screen is great, all the way back to Persona 1.

My absolute favourite that sound when you press start is too good aswell.
Any other games where the main menu and/or music changes depending on your progress in the game?
Legitimately god-tier. Might be the best.

World of warcraft classic menu always gave me a feeling of adventure. It felt just right.
Dirt 3 had a very memorable menu system. And great tunes.
Doesn't get much better than these two:

halo 1, halo 2, ODST, halo 5 beta
doom 1, darksouls 1, titanfall 1, shadow warrior (1997), the orange box, starwars battlefront 2004/5, desert bus, gmod is plain but strangely charming in my opinion
KKKYYYYYYYYRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIILEISON
Why this one?
No god damn unskippable company logos, introductory animations, or any other obnoxious bullshit like that. The screen comes up and you just hit a button to bring up the load-save screen. (Or the game just starts if you don't have a save).
You can't beat this
Plaguerised or not, this is kino.
