how did Bethesda drop the ball so hard?
>TNC
>prey
>dishonored 2
>EW2
>rage 2
>76
>fallout 4
they keep making mediocre garbage and you keep buying, that's how
by being bethesda
Prey and EW2 are pretty damn good games.
They shouldn't be on that list. Mostly because Bethesda had little involvement with them.
They new the collective seething of conservitards would be the best PR.
>Female protags with shitty out of place knock-off Crysis suits in a Nazi apocalypse
Gee, I wonder.
>Inb4 this gets blamed on gamers being misogynists once again
>how did Bethesda drop the ball so hard?
Because that's what they do lately.
If they keep dropping the ball hard enough Todd will finally hit puberty.
This, girls don’t buy real games more than men when will marketing finally take back over games jesus.
Maybe if they were better looking and didn't have gross man faces with dyke haircuts it would have sold better.
Are you sure no one cares? not that i care though but seems a lot streaming this in yesterday night.
Prey was good
kill all the white males, power to the wymyn yaas !
another franchise dead.
>prey
>mediocre
everything else is right. try prey user, it's a fun game.
Rent free
It didn't appeal to me. I played the first reboot and didn't feel compelled to continue.
Prey and EW2 are amazing, tho. So is Rage 2's gameplay, worth a pirate.
both failed EW2 didnt even pass 300k sales on steam
dishonored 2 wasn't that bad
Evil within 2 is pretty good.
Because nuWolfenstein is garbage.
And? They were still good games.
Was God hand bad because IGN rated a babyz game over it? No.
I just finished Prey the other day and it was kino, bro.
Best fun going in blind with no ideas on story or intention of reading guides and nobody seems to have noticed that it sold as a full, complete singleplayer game with no shitty DLC trying to nickle and dime everybody.
Very good world building and the gameplay is an example of Deus Ex type mechanics done properly. You feel like you're exploring a place and not just contrivedly ending up in the same place all the time whether you picked a lock or went into a vent.
But if you'll mention the combat, yeah I agree you can make yourself into a death machine (which ironically has story implications but still). Best fun I had was getting no Typhon abilities and not that overpowered "slo mo" power.
Maybe a better New Game + mode that makes combat/enemies harder but not just more health and damage as that's a copout.
Also, just to add it was the marketing mistake of this generation to not call Prey "Neuro-shock" instead as they floated at one point.
What did you think of all the backtracking, no way of looking for more than just one crew member at a time and those shitty zero gravity sections?
I didn't mind it at all because the world changed as you moved around the station, areas could get more (and new) enemies in them and the yellow choral shit of theirs would overtake more of the area.
The zero gravity areas were fucking great, I loved zooming around in space it was new and different. As for the crew, yeah maybe but I didn't care unless I wanted to find one guy, otherwise your hud would be covered with 200 markers.
There is decent backtracking in that a level changes around, then shitty backtracking I guess.....but some hate backtracking of any kind at all which I think creates shallower experiences. I mean ffs there were people who thought that Doom 4's foundry level had unbearable backtracking in it, somebody like that is hopeless.
bioshock 2 had backtracking too and it still and great game.
>spin off of Wolfenstein II
>co-op oriented
>not even a full price release
Gee I wonder why nobody cares
Oh, I didn't mind the backtracking, but the map is so huge I wouldn't have minded a way to travel faster. All we got was an elevator right in the middle.
I don't understand what the character's gender has to do with the player's gender though. If a game is fun, play it. Metroid isn't a game for girls just because Samus is a girl.
You had the airlocks on most areas, so you'd go outside and zoom to where you wanted to go but yeah some areas had no airlock.
You could also use the G.U.T.S but I was only ever there once.
yeah but they dont advertise haircare and nail products to lumberjacks mate
I thought you play as BJ Blazkowicz' daughters...? who are these two men on the cover?
prey has the worst enemy design / variety i've seen in any videogame ever
