There was some fucking collosal retard who was one of the main contributers to this game sucking, he kept trying to force his own artistic decisions into the game. Examples being that he went behind the devs back and got a programmer to rig his layout of a level instead of the actually agreed upon level. He was the reason as to why ripto was the returning villain, and not some new evil dragon. Originally, spyro collected dragon essence, not dragon flies. The evil dragon took the magic away from the dragons for himself and spyro had to journey around and collect them back. Also the game was to be a bit more darker since check six was wanting to age the game up since that was where games were going during the time and their audience was also a bit older.

It's sad to witness them shilling that shit so blatantly. It's as if their families are being held at gunpoint and they're forced to talk about how great it was. Meanwhile the mere existence of the based Re4 run that was 100x better is completely memory holed. Can't even mention resident evil in the chat without getting timed out.

It as a $25% run on a race, with a replacement runner (because English_Ben got banned) and neither of the runners seemed to be into it, kept fucking up and it devolved to a point where one of them googled a save to use on stream to get back to a point where he could do stuff, all the while Metako was trying to encourage it to be fun, which was an uphill struggle.

I'm not sure if any of them finished the run.

Was it originally planned to be a $25% run? I saw some user say that it was a last minute change to switch it from a regular race to that. Wondering if anyone knows.

But yeah, it was a big shit show. The back up runner did like, nothing at all to appease donation requests. And he was doing so bad that he had to go online to find a save, I shit you not. By the end of it, it was just dead quiet, hardly any donations being read or done. I think the viewership dropped from 10ishk to almost under 8k through-out.
