I actually got to play the Terminator Salvation videogame recently (don't ask, losing bets is a bitch) and not only the extras VA are almost non-hearable in the game (seriosly, Dante Basco is credited and i couldn't get even a grunt of his voice) and yet the female lead (normally voiced by the movie actress, Moon Bloodgood) has some lines replaced by Laura Bailey... and yet she's not even credited.

He's generally just not a good person, particularly when they were filming MMPR he was really cruel to Billy in particular, and he has an ego the size of the planet which gets stoked by everyone else. When ASJ came back for cons he pretty much refused to be in the same con as him and dropped out without any cause given. Everything regarding PR in general always comes back to him and it's frustrating because they're constantly pandering to nostalgiafags meaning DragonRanger is essentially the only suit you constantly see. Even during the Super Megaforce stuff where they were choosing special Ranger Keys to sell his shit was taking up so many of the polls when people simply wanted something that wasn't MMPR which already had a metallic set and Tommy had an entire set to himself and his Ranger Key was included with GoRyuJin's equivalent if I remember right. The same deal applies to a lot of the merchandise, and he even got his own grimdark comic spinoff to suck off Tommy some more.

If you talk in real life, you kinda stutter sometimes, you pronounce words wrong and, more often males than females, you talk very unclear and usually talk something that's a bit above grunting, talk sometimes too loud or too low without even realizing it.
Voice actors are usually clasically trained actors and learned how to use their voice which is a hard thing to do. You normally spent 10 hours a day in your shitty cabin voicing the same lines over and over again until they fit the environment they are supposed to happen in. More than usual you don't even have the complete script which basically kinda fucks over your imagination as an actor.
"Just talk in the microphone bro" is maybe enough for a one line npc.

I'm German but I just can't stand German dubs... They all sound so incredibly fake and not good at all... It's like German voice actors forgot how they talk normally. Once I started playing games with English and Japanese dubs I never looked back.
