What was the big deal with rescuing the trio from BBS if they barely factored into the plot afterwards?
Woody was one of the few highlights of KH3
Honestly Toy Story world got a little too real, but when you remember it's fucking Toy Story it falls apart.
My guy was savage.
>My guess is no one ever loved you
Good scene made horrible due to having Jim Hanks and his discount Woody.
I know, right? It would have been perfect if they had sprung for THE Tome Hanks. Woody didn't sound right for the entirety of that world/
>Tome Hanks
LMAO ROLF LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tom didn't want to do it. what did you want then to do, threaten to murder his family unless he did it?
It's better than the alternative. At least I'd be happy in that scenario. Maybe stab them a few times to make the threat seem real.
>Donald's hand on Goofy's crotch
Gooby Pls
Yes, start with Jim.
>A JRPG villain got BTFO by Woody from Toy Story
This is why I don't want to live in a world where Kingdom Hearts doesn't exist
I finally rented this game from my local library.
I actually enjoy Critical Mode, and I'm glad I never had to play Proud instead.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, the only thing wrong with this scene was Woody's voice actor being fucking abysmal.
To be honest all the Toy Story VAs felt like they were phoning it in, like they were done with being TS VAs.
TS4 was fine though.
I feel so stupid sometimes, I almost never think voice acting is bad
I dunno it just sounds like people talking, what else was it supposed to sound like?
>tfw Woody's portrayal in a fucking Kingdom Hearts game was much better than TS4
He was punished Woody in TS4 though. Can't blame him.
Usually weebass Yea Forums things all english voice acting is bad.
But ACTUAL bad voice acting does exist. Like this.
It's a good game no matter what anyone says. My only issue with it is that they put too much focus in the parts that didn't actually matter. The level didn't need to be that big and most of the dialogue spouted by organization 13 could have been way better.
Rex and Ham I thought were fine, not saying much really, but still
How much longer do we have to wait for the release of the OST?
The end of time.
Why did Nomura decide that we're not going to fight Disney characters as bosses anymore?
>Hundred Acre Woods has slowly but surely just been phoned in with each new installment to the point it is barely a stopover to other boring Disney worlds.
I miss HAW, Pooh was honestly some of the best parts of KH1/2.
To be fair there's only so much you can do with Pooh.
Because Disney was probably the ones who decided that. Apparently the Big Hero 6 team was super cooperative though
user, you don't even need to make a huge deal of story. Just make it a bunch of fun minigames and wholesome times like it was originally rather than the same single minigame and small-ass area
Bring back Fortune Street Pooh
Why would Disney suddenly be against their villains being beaten up?
>none of the Disney characters are bosses, get stupid themed heartless instead and they're not even cool like Phantom
>no final fantasy characters whatsoever, not even a sephiroth fight although I'm actually a little glad Nomura may have shoved his waifu Raitoningu down our throats again
>and they're not even cool like Phantom
Hey, Skoll was amazing, probably the coolest Heartless boss in the franchise.
Pooh always bothered me, since, it always felt like there was never any danger and Pooh for and co. despite the world eating monsters marching around everywhere else.
I mean, don't get me wrong, the entire Disney cast always felt like they were never in real danger because Disney would never let be because "gotta have our brand be safe lol"
But Pooh especially feels like this, to the point where it feels like a fucking preschool game
>b-but Pooh Bear is so sweet and innocent why would you want him in danger?
That's the fucking point! The whole point of going on an adventure to other worlds, to protect them from danger. If there were no danger, then you'd have no goddamn point to venture out then would you?
Of course you don't want to see characters you care about in danger, that's the entire point!
I wish Heartlesses were still the biggest threat in kh instead of being reduced to summons for bad guys
You miss the point on why you don't need Hundred Acre Woods to be under attack all the time.
You have every other world being attacked by monsters, sometimes it's just nice that some wizard has a book that a player can jump into to play some actually fun minigames and not have to worry about getting into fights with the variety of villains the series has.
We're talking about Winnie the Pooh, all of them would be ripped into piles of stuffing in a heartbeat if any Heartless, Nobodies, or Unversed actually did show up.
They're always going to be the biggest threats even as mooks and summons, the fact someone can tell them to kill you doesn't change the fact they'd kill you anyways.
in KH1 they were (or rather Darkness in general was) a greater threat the Disney villains thought they could exploit but always were undone. Then Organization and Nobodies happened and suddenly they are just white noise in the background. In KH1 when you saw Heartlesses in a world you knew this world is FUCKED unless I do something about it but not so in post-kh1
The heartless never attack HAW because they're afraid of *him*
Blame that on Nomura and his ever-increasing hardon for his pretty boy brigade.
We will never get to be able to play out a Looney Toons-esque scenario where you get rid of Heartless without the Pooh cast ever finding out they're being invaded, complete with Sora rushing back to Pooh's side and Pooh, ignorant of what you've been doing asking you why you're so tired all of a sudden.
We shall go together
If Christopher Robin was actually summonable, he would be a being of pure Darkness so we're safer knowing he doesn't exist.
No. I get that much, but it's fucking stupid. No kid is gonna "need a break" from KH's plot, and there are other ways of incorporating fluffy mini-games without killing the tension the rest of the plot has built up
Again. That is the goddamn point. You are supposed to protect the hapless citizens of the worlds from the shadow demons that want to eat them. Why do you want the Heartless to seem like LESS of a threat?
Because you can't do that kind of thing to Pooh, man. The most they've ever had to be scared of was the occasional Heffalump or Woozle.
Give back Ven or I'll have you bent.
Again. That's the fucking point.
A threat shouldn't just be a threat to the protagonist, but everyone. This is basic narrative structure.
I'm not asking for Pooh to fucking die, but danger should still be there. For fuck's sakes, actual Pooh media understands this and knows when to put up the stakes.

>All of that actual peril
What the fuck. What, does Disney not trust anyone else to pull a scene like that off?
When will KH4 (aka FF versus XIII) come out? And will it be a gacha?
It's coming out for Switch and it will be two KH games from now.
bump
The game is shit
