I feel that this thing will be limited stocks as game stores will have to burn through all the old patched Switches first before introducing a new one with better battery life

I'm also buying a Switch only for FE and XC2 maybe by the end of the year when my sick dad finally dies and I can get his money.

This, asked my GameStop today and was told they’re meant to sell old stock but if someone specifically asks they can get away with selling a newer one.

How are gamestop/best buy/etc. employees going to explain to people that two systems cost the same but one is better and you can only tell by the model number? What happens when hordes of people come back demanding refunds for the old model?
They should have actually improved other things like the bezel, kickstand, etc so they could call it a new version and people would tell the difference

The Pikachu/Evee Switch for exemple have a yellow/pink tint on screen and it looks like shit, especially when side to side with the one I have for launch
