I don't get the point of Vergil getting a Devil Sword Vergil.
He's equal to Dante already who has his own Devil Sword.

Dante took on Sparda's legacy and turned it into his own to power up and Vergil took in Mundus' own route to power.

The only way I could see him attaining a Devil Sword Vergil is if he somehow cut out the power he got from the fruit and merged it directly into Yamato, but why would he do that?

3 is fine but try to run the first one on an emulator or use an actual ps 2 because the remastered version has some problems, they are not game breaking but it's not that good either they patched some of the problems out but there are still some bugs left.

You can go Human which is ez mode or even turn on Auto Assist, which is super ez mode

3,4 and 5 are all more combo focused. 5 is a lot more lenient for newcomers but if you're good at godhand why don't you try out 3 first?

1. Naked V mode came out this fast for the same reason naked Trish/Lady modes exist - they all already have nude models in-game
2. The guy who made beach modes for REmake2 tried to do the same for DMC5, but he said it was way too hard and gave up.

HD collection, 4SE, then 5. play them in order. 2 is canon but it's the worst in the series even if you include the reboot.
