My AC is broken and a few days ago the temperature was over 100°F outside. My PC temps never overheated. What are you people doing that's overheating your rigs?

Struggling because while I have ample cpu cooling my radeon VII gets fucking hot on UE4 games (as UE4 hates AMD in general) and I needs my GRIP fix. One of these days I will do a custom loop just because I can but man the initial outlay is harsh.

I live in the 21st century, so I have this thing called air conditioning that keeps my house at a constant temperature no matter what time of year it is.

In b4 burgers laugh about 25c+ temps because their thermometer says 40c or some shit all time in the summer little realising they go from their air conditioned house to their air conditioned car and air conditioned office and back again, never really experiencing the temps.

Sorry you live in a third world shithole. Maybe if you ask nicely we can help you modernize.

It was fucking impossible. It feels unresponsive, slow and awful. A quest that usually takes 10 to 15 minutes took me 25. I'd rather play windowed with 60 fps or more rather than fullscreen 30 fps

My cooler, a Hyper 212 Evo, started to make a horrible grinding sound that drove me crazy for a couple of weeks, then stopped spinning altogether. It served me well for about 5 years, but I decided to replace it with this absolute unit. My pc has been running nice and cool since the replacement

last aftermarket cooler i had was a zalman z 9900 which was absolute aids to put on

From what I understand, a good Noctua can outperform AIO water coolers while being much cheaper. The one I got was only about $65

Noctua does sell black fans, but you have to buy them standalone without the heat sink

Might as well buy another better fan at that point.

Top tier air cooling (on a cpu) is basically better than any 240mm CLC unit you can buy at the same noise level - the D15 is the current champion but there are serious competitors to that title.

Put a bowl of ice in front of a fan and point it at your puter

Get ice packs for your wrists.

Very bad. I'm trying to finish prey and I can't play for more than 2h because my laptop will overheat so bad (90-100C) that my i7 starts underperforming with 30fps drops.
I remember dishonored as one of the smoother pc gaming experiences tho
