hope you enjoy it user, I kind of want to play Summer Lesson but it looks hard to get pantsu shots

That's great, why should I care if you waste your money again?

Please get a vive.

You might as well wait for the ps5 one in a couple of years at this point.

good for you m8, get these games:
wipeout
astrobot
moss
blood and truth
resident evil 7
skyrim vr
doom vfr

also, if you can get it for 4 bucks get battlefront 2015 to play the vr mission.

ace combat 7's vr mode is god tier but it only lasts an hour, but you can replay it with 4 different planes

Rush of Blood is one of the first and still one of the best, legit scary, but a AAA game that's fun, plus after playing it more than once it's not as scary and you know where all the jump scares are, so get through it at least once, then you can play it over and over.

I had a ton of fun with astobot rescue mission

Don't. This is coming from someone who has one.
In fact, i just filled in for warranty return because the damn thing broke seven months after i got it (headset keeps turning itself on and off randomly, power button doesn't work)
Tracking on the moves is annoying and with many issues, even with a good camera setup.
The resolution is subpar by today's standards.
Exclusive games like Astrobot or RE7 are very good, that I can't deny, but considering how many PC exclusive titles there are I'm going to make a switch to Rift S sometime soon.

PSVR unironically has a better exclusive game selection than Oculus/Steam

Reminder that DOAX3 getting nude mods.

>no porn
faggot

>muh dick

ok have fun bro

It's a good system and has some decent titles.

Once pc supports the ps move controllers it will be the best headset to buy ngl
Pc already supports the headset itself, now all it needs are to support the controllers

960 x 1080

why would you want Moves on PC? They're literally the shittiest motion controls on the market.

Since no other motion controllers work for the psvr headset on pc, dummy

enjoy user. They will be rare several years from now and worth quite a pretty penny.

that can already be done via psmoveserivce, tracking and usability is utter shit as you'd expect
poor tracking isn't the only issue - Moves don't have the buttons and analogs expected by PC games, so the usability is limited
honestly PSVR on PC requires jumping through so many hoops that the end effect isn't worth it

I heard that while they are making a new one for the PS5 ready at launch they're also making the console backwards compatible with the old headset. Not sure whether it means the old headset can be used to play PS4 VR titles on the PS5 or PS5 VR games will also work on the old headset.
Take that with a grain of salt though as I don't know if it's true.

>over 4 million units sold, way more produced
>rare

go look at how much PS move controllers are

Not easily. I have tried and could never get it working and yeah, only the controllers is jumping through hoops like I said. The headset is plug and play now basically thanks to that driver they released. That's why I say all that is needed is controller support now, or at least have it support other motion controllers and it would be a perfect cheap headset

I have both the PSVR and the Rift.

Personally, I prefer the PSVR. It's far easier to set up and there's a better collection of games. It has a better field of view too.

The rift has this problem where the back light reflects off the lenses and gives it a similar effect as if you were to look at a light and squint your eyes. The PSVR doesn't do that.

Of course, in terms of motion controls the PSVR has the worst with no analog sticks and wonky tracking. This being down to them being 10 year old hardware but for what they do they're serviceable.

I've never tried a Vive but I've heard it's the best out of the 3 but also the biggest headache setting up due to the room scaling etc.
you also need to have a decent rig to run the PC VR headsets.

You know there's more than three headsets now, right?

Yeah of course but I was just referencing the "big 3". Usually when there are VR discussions it mostly revolves around those 3.

>Pc already supports the headset itself
with trinusvr right? never got that working. Is there another method?

well, Rift S eliminates all the flaws of Rift you mentioned

Ahh okay good. I haven't kept up to date because I already have a Rift so I didn't feel like I needed to. Good to know they're sorting out those issues.
There are still more hurdles with PC headsets than the PS though.

I have been holding off because I just know there's gonna be an updated V2.0 when PS5 drops, and I don't wanna feel like I bought something that's outdated a year from now. I've gone this long without VR, might as well wait a little longer. But enjoy your new PSVR Op. I'd probably get Super Hot and Beat Saber if I had one.

What game?

Dead or Alive

I own one, and I'll just tell you what I tell everyone. It's cool for a minute but there is not nearly enough worthwhile games to justify buying one. I literally pull it out every few months for the one new game that comes out, then it sits in a drawer.

Was thinking about getting VR for my PC but there's literally no point when I can just use PSVR to jack off.

>actually using VR for games
PSVR unironically has a better selection than Vive/Oculus and that's depressing.

>I can just use PSVR to jack off.
wtf are you on about

This looks like fucking garbage. Is this on PSVR? LMAO

>wipeout
yes
>astrobot
yes
>moss
yes
>blood and truth
yes
>resident evil 7
yes
>skyrim vr
HARD FUCKING NO OH GOD DONT DO IT NOT EVEN IF ITS FREE
>doom vfr
i dont know, i never played it
>also, if you can get it for 4 bucks get battlefront 2015 to play the vr mission.
FUCK NO

make sure you get everybody's golf vr

It's just SteamVR captured so it'll look the same with any headset.

You can use PSVR on PC.

Well I still have a small 3d television because I wanted to play PS3 games and watch blu-rays in 3d. It can't possibly be a worse investment than that was.
