BDO is focused on spending money to progres and/or leaving your computer on all day to profit from AFK activities. The BDO grind is just for exp, exp is nothing without TET/PEN gear.

The game is focused on martial arts combat, where you can grab your enemy with your hand and start punching him with your fists or launch him into the air and do an aerial attack and throw him right back into the ground. There's also a pretty good storyline(for mmorpg standards) that you follow as you level up your character, with lots of cutscenes and plot twists.
Due to the focus on combat the game is aimed towards pvp, but there's also pve content there as well(aforementioned story).

Debatable. You can grind all the stuff you can buy in the premium store, what you can buy in the store are mats for gear progression or costumes. You can also get costumes for your character from raid drops, they're all cosmetics without any stat boosts.
Keep in mind that the game is your typical korean grinder.

osrs has a lot of memorable quests like being attacked by haunted trees and eventually making it to a house that's possessed as well, until you track down a vampire, do battle and stab him to death, ridding the town of a scourge. Most MMO's send you off to kill 10 things and repeat the same formula, how does BDO differ?
BDO is also a soulless cash grab that continuously demands you funnel money into it on top of already paying for the base game as opposed to paying a dirt cheap monthly subscription for a shitload of content
