What I think should be done is to balance out or outright remove Plug-In Chips because they completely break the game
also give all enemies a sizable health boost on all difficulties to incentivise combo learning/experimentation
I never had a gripe with the combat but everyone else and their mother it made an effort to complain about it
Also put a cooldown on dodging if you press the button but don't perfect dodge the attack
that way you can't spam it but can also dodge consecutive attacks if you time the initial one right
