>Hit the room limit on the island
>Nowhere near the full functional land I wanted
Also characters want the dumbest rooms. Esther wants a cute room with minimal fanciness. The only way to really do that at this point is make an empty room with cute blocks for walls. Or Magrog wanting a room made entirely of gold, to reach the fanciness level at the size he wants. Hopefully the last chapter or the post-game has more "flamboyant" stuff with minimal fancy increases because currently there's too much "cool" and "normal" shit. Seriously, how is gold brick walls cool and not flamboyant?
Nathaniel Cook
I just halfass the rooms they want for the objective and tear it down afterwards and build what I think looks better.
Jordan Lee
the never ending tutorials and linearity get boring quickly
Jacob Gonzalez
What's everyone building?
Been working on Toad Town from Paper Mario the last couple of days.
Christian Butler
as a building game, it's much better than the first
but the main story is way worse. no focus on adventuring, poorly paced and overlong, those fucking INFURIATING sections where hargon is preaching at malroth and the text stays there for days, the sheer linearity, THAT fucking skelly island (what were they thinking)
honestly i preferred the first one by leaps and bounds, but if I wanted to build something cool I'd choose the 2nd
Chase Mitchell
The prison island was comfy
Eli Wilson
>room limits
Is that a thing? Why are Japs so incompetent? I thought it was bad enough that a room would fail to register if you build it too big (and the game will never tell you why) but that's some added bullshit.
Dumb japs should have just put these games on PC so we can get rid of all this bullshit.
Bored me to death.
Adrian Campbell
What is the room limit than?
Thomas Foster
>toad town
playing paper 64 right now and i god damn toad town is 1000x comfy than rogueport
Gabriel Parker
I've found this for 45 bucks for the Switch on a big shop that probably confused it for the first one, should I? Y/N
Chase Morris
I don’t have this type of imagination. I just make block houses like a ghetto project
Andrew Allen
I heard Docked mode is broken but how about Portable?
Charles Allen
Honestly it is a very good game but i gotta say they still didn't fully fix some of the shit limitation that we got since builders 1. Why cant i build a room bigger than the limit? Whats the point of giving me the entire island then. The sets are cool as you dont need to room it up for the resident but there are still rooms that i thought would be much better if it work as a set instead
Also theres a 60 NPC limit in the main island. For what purpose? I wanted to build a city and pretend the game is a glorified the sims but there are annoyances in every corner
I still love the freaking game though but they really need to fix those thing in 3. More interactions with npc like actual minigames (think yakuza or suikoden) would be perfect. Like let me play some poker if i build a casino
James Morris
They will definitely make 3 because it will be Dragon Quest 3 themed (much like B1 was a sequel to DQ1's Bad Ending and B2 is a direct sequel to DQ2 in general) and DQ3 is the most popular one in Japan.
Jason Brooks
Portable is fine. Only difference is portable is 720p and docked is 1080p or 900p which makes docked run worse because japs are incompetent.
Hunter Sanchez
I don't really mind resolution on game whose strength is not the visual.
Asher Hall
>Is that a thing? Why are Japs so incompetent?
because it's on Switch
Bentley Ortiz
>Why cant i build a room bigger than the limit?
You can. and NPCs use them
Jaxon Butler
Yeah, I agree. Story wise it sucks. Building wise it's better. I kind of wish we could keep the sense of adventure from the first and combine it with all the features of the second.
Blake Mitchell
DQB1 Story was great because of how much it tied into DQ1 and had genuine intrigue unraveling what the fuck is going on with those memory flashes and shit.
DQB2 story simply suffers from its DQ2 baggage cause DQ2 had shit, linear story to begin with.
Henry Parker
Just beat the game, is there anything on the previous islands that I can only access with the buggy buggy? There's a lot of empty space on the map beyond the ocean.
Christian Bell
Wonder what they’ll do for DQB3’s story.
DQB5 will be kino if they ever get that far.
Christian Hill
Wish I was that creative. I saw someone with like a massive yacht built and it made me feel like a brain dead schlub.
Daniel Thomas
you have baggy blueprint so you can make it in other island
Evan Miller
Just beat the game today. I only have like 25% of all blueprints, recipes and rooms unlocked. How do I unlock the rest?
Camden Rodriguez
60 is the limit?! I was worried how short it was cause I kept hitting the cap while going through the story. Was hoping post game would really open things up. I was trying to get 1 of each monster type too.
Blake King
Switch owners are getting REALLY desperate huh
Christian Long
Make them
Dominic Stewart
90. Issue is tiny rooms with a 2x2 block floorspace still count.
Jeremiah Wilson
Love the game. Only issue I had were the many textboxes in the story mode. From the second town I just skipped all dialogues.
Room limit is no problem for me. I love to build very small towns but full with details, decoration, stairs, etc. Not interested in big cities.
Now I like forward to the first DLC (Japan theme)
Mason Adams
>room limit
stop making fields "room"
also remove doors
Austin Russell
Also, adding doors to hallways, even if just for accent purposes, can make rooms adding to the total, found this out the hard way with the post-chapter 3 main island build.
I got way too carried away.
Luke Watson
If there's a corner block you can remove that won't be seen cause it's near the bottom you can remove them to make it not a room.
Xavier Roberts
turtle armor is so adorable
Nathaniel Phillips
How to unlock additional weapons and armor that you don’t get by leveling up?
William Howard
kill bigass monsters
Jose Edwards
I doubt they'll go past 3 but if it keeps being popular then who knows.
Alexander Cooper
You can destroy their rooms after you finish their quest.
John Jenkins
>90
100
Nolan Thomas
Room limit is obviously due to hardware constraints since these have to run a gorillion AI GOAP subroutines that take into account the rooms available. On PC these could go way higher but if you go online even on the PS4 it lags on the more complex buildings.
Jace Bailey
>actually caring about autism aspect in main story?
Why? Leave that shit for post-game Terra Incognita (DQB1 had this so I'm sure 2 has too).
For main story in DQB1 I just made commie blocks that were all about function and nothing else.
Adrian Ross
Now THIS is Dragon Quest Monsters.
Brayden Cruz
Agreed, finished it a couple of days ago.
Moonbrooke was pure, distilled kino.
Henry Martinez
>room limit
>people limit
Fuck Switch
Jaxon Cox
Would that affect the room size too? Because that limit baffles me more, especially since they still use furniture in rooms that are too big to be rooms, the game just won't recognize it as a room and name/score its ambiance.
Josiah Long
It's multiplat you ape
Connor Perez
best dragon ball game ever made
Daniel Peterson
It's not Switch, even PS4 Pro chugs constantly below 20 FPS.
The garbage CPUs in consoles are the problem, they can't handle the AI and pathing.
Evan Moore
That's because you're a brain dead schlub.
Angel Lewis
Switch ruined this game
Asher Foster
So why does PS4 Pro chug down into the 15-20 fps range as well?
Landon Williams
Thank you for killing my favorite game, Nintendo
Isaiah Robinson
Completing the tablet for now, I 'd like to try doing pic related eventually
Just pick a place you liked in something else and copy it
Chase Foster
When do NPCs starting asking you for their preferred rooms? I finished the story and have over 50 mini-medals
Nathan Myers
Do the tablet challenge and you'll unlock the options to see what they like in the resident's list
Tyler Fisher
Does that include all of the optional challenges or just the main one?
Justin Murphy
not all, the hermit will tell you once you've unlocked it or there will be an exclamation mark at the temple, cant remember
Asher Morgan

Sebastian Nelson
>New quest is to dig graves, carry corpses, bury them, and make their headstones
>This five minutes after a fight where a skeleton said "repent for you have shinned"
Eli Sanders
That literally has nothing to do with the room limits you retard.
Zachary Torres
try making rooms from known info
put the proper types of items in room
it doesn't work
because some items dont actually fucking count even tho they are in the proper category
took 30 minutes to make a reception because the royal wall decor doesn't count, but it did using the bunting
dont know what to fucking use for dropdead dormitory since theres so many variables!
Carter Garcia
My guess is either take advantage of the dual worlds and maybe have you fix up the land Erdrick/Loto originated from along with the realm that his descendants would be the champions of. Or, they focus on just world and have you rebuilding it after Baramos or whatever the villain's name was is dealt with. Could be fun if you're from Erdrick's world and you inspire the original town designs for the DQ1 locations, meaning you get to make them in their original image instead of whatever you rebuilt in the first Builders.
I don't know, the games have done pretty well thus far, could be fun if they either put similar spins on the second trilogy (4-6) and then beyond. Or just have the games be Builders-themed versions of those game worlds. A block version of Trodain and other DQ8 locals would be pretty cute.
Sebastian White
This is my first DQ game. How long are the mainline games? Are the remakes good? Dragon Quest Heroes 1+2 English when?
Ryan Russell
Heroes 1 and 2 are in english already retard.
Mainline games vary in length. 7 is very long. 1 is very short. You'll have to look it up by game and it also depends on how much f a completionist you are. They all take a lot longer for me because I'll do everything I can before the final boss but even my numbers are off because I won't do any post game shit.
Isaac Clark
Retard
Ethan Thompson
Mainline games are very long and each game could easily last you 40+ hours.
DQ8 is still the best the series has to offer.
I love DQ games but IMO 8 is the only good mainline game.
All the spinoffs are infinitely better.
Angel Ward
How the fuck is a 22fps 540p docked game GOTY. This game needs a lot of patching before you ask for 60 fucking dollars from me.
Jacob Rodriguez
the fact coffins are beds is rather disturbing
Mason Gonzalez
Heroes 1 isn't on switch, only as 1+2
Brayden Hall
>because I won't do any post game shit
You have aspergers don't you?
Christopher Price
Well they are often the final resting places for people.
Nathan Peterson
Slightly on topic but is anyone excited for the DQM reveal on august 3rd?
Ethan Myers
Mainline games are pretty long in my experience.
1 and 2 are quite short, only like 8-10 hours, but both of them are pretty poor.
I'm currently playing V and am nearing the end, and I have a 30 hour save.
Brandon Gutierrez
Wait what. Also it's a Japanese-exclusive announcement, isn't it.
Camden Gray
They announced theres an announcement related to Erik from XI coming august 3rd, and last year around november they said they had begun work on a DQM staring him and his sister. Also yes, its japan only thing right now
James Johnson
Camden Reyes
This has to be the MOST linear game I've ever fucking played. I really really wanted to like it. I even bought a fucking switch for it. But man it's just a complete fetch game. Yeah you can build your own shit but why bother. It doesn't do anything.
I was worried when it told me to build the first tree and the diagram was complex. I was like oh this is gonna be challenging to farm all this stuff. Then the fucking npc slaps down a chest and does literally everything for you.
I realized I was playing a game for children. Goddamn shame. I was hoping for minecraft with dq but it's just a single player mmo.
Bentley Lee
It could come our way, we've been getting a lot of the games lately save for 10, because Square doesn't want to double-team Wow's ass with their MMOs.
Evan Howard
>I was playing a game for children
Wrong.
Gabriel Cook
DQB2 is best enjoyed after Dragon Quest 2 because it's a DIRECT SEQUEL to it and relies on knowing the plot of DQ2 (even spoils the very ending of DQ2 in the intro).
DQ2 on the other hand is a direct sequel to DQ1.
Builders 1 is a direct sequel to the BAD Ending of DQ1 (which is just a Yes/No choice at the final boss of DQ1 before which you can just save to see both outcomes) ergo Builders 1 is also best enjoyed after DQ1.
And I guarantee you Builders 3 (if it happens) will be best enjoyed after DQ3.
DQ1 is pretty short and you can beat it in 8 hours.
DQ2 is about 2.5x longer.
DQ3 is pure fucking RPG kino and should be experienced by everyone (it's also a direct prequel to DQ1).
DQ11 is a direct prequel to DQ3.
DQ4, 5 and 6 happen in the same world but are otherwise unrelated.
DQ7, 8 and 9 are completely unrelated to each other.
Brandon Kelly
I'm usually burned out on DQ by the time I get to the end of a game. I just don't have any interest in going back to do extra stuff, which is usually bullshit for "challenge", when there are so many other things I need to do or want to play.
Joshua Brooks
Shame they probably won't ever do PC ports for most of the games. I'd kill for a chance to play DQ8 in crisp HD and with all of the 3DS content.
Gavin Morales
DQM Joker and Joker 2 got an English release back in the DS days. We should get this one as well.
My real hope is an english release of Your Story. Seriously, Squenix did Western style 3D CG and if they don't bring it over here I will cry ;_;
Levi Baker
>I even bought a fucking switch for it.
lol what a retard
Blake James
Dq3 is linear as fuck and Dq11 is a sequel to Dq3, not a prequel.
Justin Stewart
471719006
Switch version is hardly that bad, dipshit.
Anthony Wright
Wait, there are people who don't do this?
Aaron Stewart
Guess so. Seems odd since the required things in both games are usually crap setups, like those spike walls for the Cantlin chapter. Would make the original design for Mr. Satan and then change it to a more practically layout; fucking spikes all round the town so the monsters would die as the cunts tried to bust their way in.
Jonathan Campbell
DQM 3 when
Blake Bell
Nathan Gray
So we can all agree that Moonbrooke is best island and Anessa best girl right?
Ethan Sanders
>being this autistic
I had the opposite reaction. I thought gathering all that shit was bullshit and was relieved it was done for me.
Why don't you play an MMO buddy? Those are pretty grind heavy. Seems right up your alley.
Jaxson Clark
>was getting annoyed by the it's an illusion shit
>they just build a new world
Nice
Aaron Gray
Christopher Gomez
Never getting it. Play the english fan translation of the original. Wait patiently for hope that we get the new one with Erik
Jose Gutierrez
Seriously, who would want to have to gather all that fucking bark or ore alone? And it's not like the game has them get everything for you, you still get a sizeable chunk and they just make up the difference so the building isn't stopping abruptly to say "Hey, go get x amount you fucker"
Jace Rivera
I like the soldier from farm island, Bulma and Zara whose name stuck despite jokes about her being forgettable (I even gave her the Falcon Blade)
Parker Davis
It's a prequel you cockmongler, pay attention and do the post-game.
Protip, the game L I T E R A L L Y ends where DQ3 begins.
I wish you to get cancer and die for being a speedreading subhuman that can't even follow a simple plot in a simple videogame aimed at children of all ages.
Julian Bell
so is the princess in the game or not? I found her portrait
Colton Turner
anyone know what the best party setup to defeat enemys is?
obv malroth but what other 2 team mates should i use?
Jackson Price
>DQXI is a sequel to DQ3
Retard detected. Also who gives a shit if 3 is linear its rock fucking solid
Ian Brown
Christ man, simmer down.
Robert Scott
It's very fun and satisfying (and also 1080p)
Elijah Gomez
Jack Brooks
Jacob Rodriguez
I don't think so. Unless she's so secret no one has found her yet.
Camden Johnson
Matthew Cruz
Are the fans of my Switch supposed to go full blast within 15~ minutes of playing?
The system gets fucking hot too.
Luis King
Anthony Turner
The dog you get in the farm turns into a princess but that's as close to her as you'll get.
Aaron Flores
Why is the Dragon Quest V third act so fucking kino
>go to the faerie world again
>get the gold bauble and go to the painting
>it transports you back to the starting town when it was alive
>you're the purple guy that asks to see the gold orb
It's so fucking obvious but Chris it make me cry.
Lincoln Moore
Final high five is the best moment in the game
You did pick best girl right?
Jose White
Bianca was the only one I had any real connection with and Nera was going to be NTR.
Deborah was just kind of there, so I ignored her as well.
Colton Hughes
its a jrpg first, minecraft clone second.
Christian Smith
What's the Season Pass going to bring?
Jack Smith
Guys I really fucking miss AI...
Gabriel Campbell
Post yfw you find the skeleton captain from the tutorial
Christian Sullivan
The dog-princess is asking for a room to sing in, how do I make it? I want to put have it as the lobby to my throne room.
As soon as I saw the ship and heard the music I had the stupidest fucking grin on my face.
Camden Gomez
>decide to loot the place
>cant hammer a pot
>search it
Austin Cox
The game hit me hard in unexpected places.
my heart broke when malroth called me disgusting
Jackson Allen
>that look
Is fem builder x Malroth THE otp of the game?
Sebastian Perry
Garbage of The Year
David Ward
I got randomly recommended this Japanese girl who's been building insane shit in DQB2 for a little while. I could never do anything that crazy but gave me some cool ideas. She even gets a lot of little exterior details.
youtube.com
That's part 50 but check it out. I just skim through to see progress, but it's pretty cool how she does it. Builds a church in this one, but has built almost an entire city, insane castle, crazy buildings, all kinds of shit.
Samuel Rogers
You just KNOW.
Eli Turner
More please
Austin Hall
It's not fair....rip.
Leo Clark
>I was worried when it told me to build the first tree and the diagram was complex.
You do know you can take all the supplies and do it yourself, right? Hell, I did the first blueprint of the tree only to realize the NPCs could do it for me. And trust me; you DONT want to build it on your own. That was by far the most tedious thing I've done in the whole game and I wasnt even supposed to do it like that.
Kevin Roberts
You're not alone user. My switch has never done this either but the fans go apeshit when I play this game. I literally thought it the ocean or some shit when I was playing in portable mode.
David Parker
I hate Moonbroke for coming between me and my bro.
Aiden Edwards
How do I milk my freaking cows?
Levi Martin
It's not that bad in docked mode but yeah the dips are noticeable. Oddly enough the framerate seems to be a bit more stable in Portable mode.
Jose Diaz
do you maybe have an item that sucks up liquids?
Blake Gomez
I'm starting to lose the will to build on in Moonbrooke, how extensive and good is the postgame stuff?
Hudson Flores
I love it but the slightly forced linearity is kinda getting to me. Like the first island for an example.
>get dirt
>"get it anyway you can think of"
>go around looking for dirt
>find it in some cave with this farmer worm looking thing
>it won't respond to you
>whatever, just took the dirt around it figuring they wanted me to get creative with acquiring dirt
>also considering that shit was in a treasure chest as well
>finish the farm expansion main quest
>HEY MAN DID YOU KNOW THAT THERES LIKE THIS CREATURE THAT CAN TURN THIS DANK MUD INTO SOIL?
Jordan Gonzalez
that's japanese game design for you. Their way or the highway.
Gavin Gonzalez
>exploring the south of Moonbrooke as soon as you get there
Charles Brooks
You posted the wrong version
David Edwards
>ps4
>60fps
Terrible bait
Cameron Taylor
youtu.be
Why are you denying reality?
Daniel Gray
My friend did that as I watched him play. I pointed out the mini medal locations and told him "You really should've waited" but he cares little for story anyway. He likes to explore.
Xavier Long
Do you even own the game on ps4? The framerate dips to shit
Michael Ortiz
Finally I got my Sabercub, now I can pretend I'm playing DQ 5.
Grayson Johnson
>want to build big things that would require excavation
>don't want to excavate because I don't want to fuck with the natural terrain
This is why I can't play Minecraft
Angel Nelson
And itll still be the best selling version
Adrian Miller
I found the blue dragon right next to the castle that gives you the mountain cleaver and thought I'd find more super strong monsters that way. WHOOPS
Asher Perez
Your point, NPC?
Jacob Watson
At least you get a big ass block breaking ability that's not messy like tnt.
Nolan Gomez
>Look up who developed the game
>Omega force
FUCK OFF.
Juan Myers
Does the game ever have anything as kino as this?
Jordan Turner
Well it has fucking Malroth buddying up with you for the entirety of the game, I'm sure you can guess how that goes.
Luke Mitchell
Loads of Western games have played out like that as well
Robert Bennett
Doesn't change the fact that it is able to reach 60fsp. Though why anyone would care for this kind of game where the graphics don't matter that much is beyond me.
Jaxson Price
Am I blind? I can't find where to make monster munchies anywhere in the workbench.
Jonathan King
You cook them.
Nolan Sanders
Eh, the TNT isn't nearly as bad as it was in the first game. For one, it only blows up a bunch of things around and above it, but not below, so you aren't finding yourself going deeper and deeper into the ground if you're just lay bombs all willy nilly.
John Davis
holy shit i have 100 hour on the game and didnt know you can move a cursor to place blocks anywhere or swap them what the FUCK!!!!
Thomas Bailey
okay
why do stairs always need to be placed outside buildings in order for said buildings to be registered as rooms
and what's the best way to work around this
Eli Kelly
I've never had to use stairs to register a room, the fuck are you doing wrong?
Colton Harris
How do you do it? Is it with the touchpad cause if so then I don’t think the Switch version can do this.
Kayden Adams
Also, the normal version of the bombs have less of a range compared to the rusty by about three blocks.
Ryder Myers
no i mean
if i build a staircase in a room and open up the floor on the second level in order to make it accessible, then the second floor doesnt register as a room
that's how it worked on terra incognita anyways
Colton Rogers
Oh, rooms need a door to register as a room. It sucks, I know. Get used to adding balconies and hallways to 2nd floors if you want stairs coming up from a room.
Charles Cooper
ah, balconies are a good idea
although given now that we got one-tile doors i think something like a fire escape might be a good way to do things well
or i could put the door at the top of the staircase and keep everything in one room without having to worry about balconies
Leo Gomez
I might be mistaken but I think it's done with the binoculars you get once you finish every quest.
Some hidden thing is that you can quickly make lines of blocks when you're in first person if you hold the button
Jonathan Jones
Someone help me in designing a good farm. Having automated irrigation is fucking killing me. I shat out these big fields without thinking about watering and the slaves can't get to the rest of the fields. They're stuck caring for the fucking lettuce.
Juan Long
>I wish I was creative enough to steal town layouts
Okay?
Hudson Cook
Befriend some killing machine, they're also great tilling machine
Alexander Roberts
I swear so many of you fuckers are hard wired to try and misunderstand things as hard as possible at this point.
Carson Gutierrez
I have one and he's a beast but they're still stuck at the lettuce and wheat. I was thinking of having water blocks throughout but that cuts out room to plant. Then I thought of making waterways above that dump water on the fields but that looks like shit. I haven't even gotten to the designing the rest of the areas since I'm stuck on fucking farm simulator.
Joseph Allen
I've been fucking around with the throne room for like 3 hours on the island of awakening and I can't get the game to register that it's a throne room at all it's pissing me off someone help me.
David Lewis
Did you make a vague post on purpose? I can't tell who or what you're mad at.
John Phillips
I'm having this problem on moonbrooke. I got the upgraded throne and now it doesn't register as a throne room at all.
Matthew Wright
The maximum room size is retardedly small. You need to seriously shrink the space they give you which is so annoying based on how they designed the base for you. One thing that can help is things like columns that are 2 blocks or more high subtract from the total room size, furniture does not however. You need to bring the walls in to where the floor is purple essentially. If you cut off parts of the room in other places and use column you can push them further out. 9/10 a room hasn't worked for me it's been the maximum room size limit.
Aiden Morris
If you want, you can put those wooden tiles that have gaps under them down, they let water through.
Joshua Sanders
On the ark and I can't get this faggot game to recognize any rooms for the summoning chamber. Like no room will get recognized as a room. Anyone else with this issue?
Liam Gonzalez
i think you can actually
doesn't the bulletin board support the posting of blueprints as well as photos?
Henry Mitchell
But heres the difference. Switch version chugs at 24 FPS no matter what you're looking at. PS4 version stays at 60 FPS when looking at nothing, but once you start building stuff it drops down to 20~. The game is just poorly optimized or console hardware just doesn't cut it anymore.
Matthew Barnes
There's 3 empty rooms built for you. Just use those.
Josiah Stewart
That is what I am saying, the game says none of them are rooms
Jaxon Jenkins
I got tricked by Yea Forums into buying the 1st one, I'm not doing it again. The 1st game was a fucking slog of fetchquests and handholding. And they botched the creative mode. If minecraft is an Android phone, then DQB is the Apple equivilant. Restrictive and just unfun.
Hunter Bailey
>but once you start building stuff it drops down to 20~
???
Jayden Gonzalez
is the blueprint complete?
Caleb Lewis
Combat looks weak.
Adrian Hill
On Moonbrooke just connect the room to the one with the braziers in front of it and put a throne door in front of the steps. Don't forget 2 braziers and 4 banners. It's the perfect size.
On the island just place the walls ON the carpet edges all the way to the edge of the raised platform. The key is placing walls on the carpet.
Jack Rivera
DQ1 had a bad ending?
Joshua Gutierrez
No but they look like they should be and the game gives you the quest to build the summoning chamber during the building of the blueprint. Having the monsters use it is supposed to speed things up but it's just making it take longer figuring out why the stupid game decides the rooms aren't rooms.
Aaron Scott
If the blueprints are mostly done it shouldn't matter. Just shove the required things in anyways. The blueprint precedes the rooms and it doesn't point out the room type until it's done.
Oliver Allen
>The 1st game was a fucking slog of fetchquests and handholding
Hardly.
Wyatt Gonzalez
Holy fucking shit I want to kill myself I tore everything I made for the throne room down and built a shitty box to figure out what registers as a throne room and as it turns out I was fucking using golden braziers instead of the normal ones fuck.
Eli Bennett
What are the uses for the morph rod and mirror in the postgame?
Matthew Powell
I'm pretty sure he means that he wasn't even creative enough to copy something such as another videogame town, chill out boi
Chase Watson
It's the instant game over when you say yes to Dragonlord's offer. The game takes place after the Hero decides fuck it and Dragonlord wins.
Thomas Parker
Sounds like horrible design considering you're supposed to be doing it while building the blueprint in order to speed it up.
Elijah James
i think you can build the summoning chamber in the actual church
that's what worked for me
but remember that the blocks in the corners of the room are required for it to be registered
other than that just make sure to double-check with hellen, zebedee or whoever to make sure you got everything
same goes for griswold and gremville when they give their requests
Lucas Carter
Originally it was just a sort of "trick" ending wherein you chose it and the game would softlock, I think later versions expanded it to include some flavor text and then either booted you back to the Dragonlord's offer or the main screen. Builders took the offer word for word and then made the entire premise out of that, and the sequel is as people have said; set after the ending of DQ2. Though I do wonder how the Princes and Princess came to exist if they're ancestor never tapped the DQ1 princess.
Landon Gutierrez
How do you build a hotel and a Pool of Paradise?
Landon Martinez
I liked the cheeky jabs at DQ from all the NPCs at the end of 1. Like how maybe if the hero wasn't railroaded into saying yes the whole game and told cryptic info by old sages he might not have gotten curious and said no, which is the actual reason a player would do it.
Henry Phillips
I can't figure out a good way to make use of those. I was thinking of making canals but like I said earlier that wastes space. And using them to make canals above to dump water on the fields below looks retarded. Messing with water is triggering me.
Leo Sanchez
Yeah I figured it out. Horrible design on their part. The church doesn't register as a room until certain corner blocks are fill in like you said but the monsters will cover those empty spaces with other blocks so you can't see them. The room didn't register until the blueprint was basically done even though the purpose of the fucking summoning chamber was speeding it up. So I spent all this time waiting for these assholes to finish and now I have two more quests that didn't unlock until the summoning chamber was built even though I could have been working on them while I was waiting. This last chapter fucking sucks.
Jaxon Roberts
I bought this but I'm working so much I don't have the time or energy to play it when I get home. I want to Dragon Quest build things, bros :(
Michael Williams
i can sorta see why they did it tho
there's a reason why the term "cornerstone" has its definition
but i don't think you should be pissed when the monsters do most of the building when all you have to do is supply the materials
the game aint a race, dude
James Sanders
Didn't some of the flashbacks imply the hero was already declining some offers? Like the puff-puff one? Sounded like he was being negative from the get go, and ultimately decided to stick to it even when faced with an option that wasn't a simple offer for some pleasure.
Still sucks we never get any closure to him, since he runs away in the first game. Though as I understand it, for some reason Square has a stupid rule about depicting the heroes from the mainline games.
Matthew Rodriguez
>but i don't think you should be pissed when the monsters do most of the building when all you have to do is supply the materials
That's exactly why I'm pissed. I did not buy a building game to NOT build.
Christopher Powell
Is there a way to farm acorns?
Camden Brown
Yes put leaf blocks around bark blocks to make a tree like you saw on the first island. It will eventually sprout acorns where the leaf blocks meet the bark.
Kevin Evans
Thanks user
Blake Richardson
even after beating the game there's something other than the dlc that im still looking forward to
hargon said that if the hero beat the fully powered malroth then he'd consider the message that human malroth gives
but from what i've seen hargon's nowhere to be found anywhere in the postgame
Jonathan Parker
No problem. Another tip, if you fence in an area and it's considered a room, if you then put down a teraforming item it will teraform the whole fenced in area since I assume you are farming acorns to make forests.
Evan Cruz
holy fucking shit I have wasted so much human feces, I'm guessing it doesn't work on an area bigger than the max room size though?
John Phillips
Got a counter-argument or you just gonna one word reply me?
Jaxson Flores
Holy crap thanks again, this will really help. There’s so many little things in this game that is never shown or told to you, which is surprising given the amount of handholding the story missions have.
Ian Collins
How do I cook monster food? I'm too brainlet for this game.
Camden Scott
correct that's the downside. In the end it only saves you a little bit of items and the work of putting up and taking down the fence can make it not worth it. It's especially useful when you want to teraform unusual shapes of land that would otherwise require several items
I know it's crazy. They hold your hand on so much that's already obvious then withhold really useful info like how to grow acorns.
Dominic King
Did they fix the Switch Version yet?
Robert Taylor
I want to know if you ever see the monster bros again. I thought you'd be able to go back to the prison island too but you can't.
Andrew Cooper
I guess they expected players to make that assumption when they taught you about fencing in crops.
Lincoln Hill
dry grass and a frogstool on a frying pan
Jaxon White
Anyone know what the max room size measurements are?
Bentley Smith
OK now defend them never telling you how to grow acorns when it's obtuse as fuck. I only found out because I wanted to build a big tree.
Daniel James
then it's just a part of the game that you have to wade through
while building is one of the biggest highlights of the game, combat and exploration also have a significant amount of importance, if not just as much as building
at least you don't have to grind monsters or something as much of a chore
actually you can make your way back to skelcatraz by placing blocks, but it's largely just for materials and furniture like the guillotines cause nobody's there
i found a video on it but im gonna need to look for it
Christian Torres
I'm not defending it.
I didn't know about either of these features.
Andrew Rodriguez
The sabrecats handle MUCH better than I expected honestly. It's a ton of fun to leap up obstacles, hop off them mid air and switch to the windbreaker.
Jaxson Wood
I don't know, you gonna stop spouting bullshit?
Parker Taylor
>More blocks
>More room types
>Decent new tools
>Much larger world celing
Other than that, it's far, far inferior to the first in every single way.
Jace Rivera
what size can that go to?
terraforming items terraform a 9x9 grid, so if i make a fenced in area bigger then that it would fill even more?
i think the max size a room can be is 10x15 tho
Luke Taylor
Yea, first game the cat was a bit too tricky to maneuver with, and only really had the value of letting you be invulnerable to jump on shit for the retro blocks.
Asher Brooks
In what way? Everything you listed is what was good about DQB1, so you make it sound like nothing but an improvement. Don't tell me you miss hammer durability.
Luis Clark
Except no.
Justin Roberts
>other than the most important parts of a building game, it's inferior to the previous building game
All those words and you said nothing.
Eli Watson
Your greentext is correct but other than that you're so fucking wrong it's not even funny.
Jose Jenkins
Did you pay your respects Yea Forums ?
Tyler Price
>what size can that go to?
Max room size which I am not sure about but I know it doesn't work if it's not recognized as a room.
>so if i make a fenced in area bigger then that it would fill even more?
Correct. The thing to consider is it doesn't teraform the land under the fence and if you plan to build it and take it down it can end up being as much work as farming materials. That's why it works best when you want to say, fill in a 1X30 strip of land. Kind of an extreme example but that's the idea.
Wyatt Foster
oh fuck
i just remembered i left the corpses on moonbrooke
they were trampled by everything
Hunter Cox
Think they'll ever port DQ8 to Switch? Would at least be a chance to restore the graphics to a not-shit level.
Jayden Sanders
How is a cafeteria, a hotel, and a Pool of Paradise built?
Carson Lewis
who
Jason Baker
If the game has asked you to build something like the hotel you can click the more info thing on the tablet screen. The Hotel is a reception room with a door leading to some kind of private bedroom. For a reception room you need a wall hanging, stationary, a candle and tables for both of them. I don't remember which type of bedroom you need though. The castle cafeteria you made on Moonbrooke, it's a well, a brick barbecue, a chest and a buffet set which is made by putting certain food decorations on certain large tables.
Luke Peterson
Its the home of the first builder. Im using this area as my base, but before i got building i figure i'd restore the mans home. I figure if hes been and will continue to be my "foundation" I better make sure its well kept.
Kevin Wright
How was I supposed to know that the dog is a princess?
I get the DQ 2 reference but now I feel bad for naming her that.
Easton Garcia
I named her "Airman", No regrets.
Nicholas Bennett
That tornado claw swipes shredded everything
Oliver Walker
I named her Salad because I couldn't think of a name and cooked cabbage recently
Asher Carter
I named her BingBing.
Camden Garcia
thought of naming it doggy...but decided on dougie
only to find out it was a female dog
also there was a guy in the second town with the same name...lol
Colton Bailey
you know you can change the names of residents in the register, right?
i named her ozzy after my dog in stardew valley
i didn't know she was a girl at the time
i thought rosie was just giving names randomly
Aaron Wood
Give me an example of your argument. Just one. Let's not play this footsy bullshit that everyone else does here. We can have a legitimate discussion even if we dont agree. I'll give an argument and you can rebutt. The story mode, while enjoyable at first, turns old quickly because you realize you're doing the same objective over and over (find/make item, build room with item, find people, kill boss). It cuts the enjoyment and the game feels like a slog by the time chapter 3 starts. Now come back at me. That's my opinion, now hit me with yours. Fuck the Yea Forums mentality and let's talk like adults having a debate.
Jackson Ross
Pretty hilarious how the builder just kept saying "Fuck that shit" to everything Rubiss said. Told him he's not a hero, he fucking goes and takes care of the Dragonlord to save everybody's time. Is informed he'll die for exerting his lifeforce in a battle he was never meant to partake in, fucks about the world for who knows how long to build up several islands and create goddamn magical trees.
Makes you wonder what the builder for the inevitable third game will be like.
Levi Butler
I gave her the name of Barkara (think Barbara, but you know, bark).
Adam Thomas
Unrelated but I named the prison escape slime Gooch and I am very proud of it.
Justin Ortiz
Yeah but she says she liked her dog name so much that she wants to keep it and I'm too autistic to change it cause I feel like I would be betraying this virtual girl.
I named him Sgooby and felt very clever at the time.
Ayden Sanders
>It cuts the enjoyment
Maybe for you, but not everyone. The game gave you plenty of things to do as you regained your recipes, even if the reasoning was rather weak. And it's still better than Minecraft because having no structure is just boring. It's like being given a bucket of legos and told to do whatever. You'll come up with some shit, but most people will interest if they don't have some inspiration to work with. Whereas Builders is being given the bucket, but asked to do some premade sets first. So no, not a slog.
Sebastian Rivera
I played dq2 so i guess she was the princess so i named her pudding cause i couldn't fit her whole name
James Brown
Sounds more like Linkara
Aiden Rivera
What DQ should I play next? I've played III, IV, V, VIII and XI.
I'm thinking maybe IX or VII before finishing the Zenithia trilogy. Are these good?
Jonathan Ramirez

I played the first for hundreds of hours, and all I wanted out of the sequel was more blocks and more height allowance. What I got was constantly annoying shit
Thomas Thomas
why not 1+2 for completion's sake
John Morales
So you can rename Rosie and Babs?
Luke Morris
npcs cant make food with 2 or 3 items
atleast not that i can figure out so i have to make all my food anyways
Easton Lopez
I named him Goodman
Robert Foster
I named the dog Malruff.

i think so

Food in general works much better, and the NPCs can more than handle farming and cooking on their own with a massive surplus put in chests for you to take.
>Linked blocks work like shit. Yes, you can decouple them with the sifter or w/e the fuck it's called, but that doesn't change the fact that they suck.
It's a *lot* better.
>Story is so loosely connected to DQ2's that it may as well not be at all.
Are you serious right now?
>Button layout is horrendous, and can only be swapped between a few equally terrible layouts, and not fully customized.
Controls are much better though, although I think they should have mapped less stuff to R1 and X.
>Button layout is horrendous, and can only be swapped between a few equally terrible layouts, and not fully customized.
>Stagger/knockback you get from getting hit is far too exaggerated. 2-3 seconds for taking 1 point of damage gets old excessively fast.
Agreed.
>Tablet challenges are boring and too numerous, and force you to make a lot of shit you may not want at all, and gate tools behind them
They're fine, and having more side content is generally a good thing.
Not even going to bother listing all the improvements in controls, inventory management, rooms, map height, gameplay variety or the features that were just extremely dumb in Builders 1 like durability and having to go back to base like 8 times more.
They can, I've tons of spaghetti and I'm pretty sure I only made it once.
Robert Wilson
It was first on the ps4, so...
Dominic Brown
>Hunger meter moves faster than the first game
Seems about the same to me, and not like you're that hard pressed for food once you know the right recipes.
And the food/ingots taking some time is hardly that big of a deal when you can go to sleep if it's nighttime and the completion bar will jump to wherever it would be had you stayed awake the whole time.
Jayden Peterson
The stagger still feels better than the first game. Doesn't seem to take nearly as long, and the stun from the paralysis plants and certain enemies feels a lot less hindering, like the time you can't move is much shorter and the prompt that shocks you isn't as common.
John Phillips
Builders 2 was made simultaneously for both systems. It's only the original game where there was a gap between the versions.
Jason Rogers
>And it's still better than Minecraft because having no structure is just boring. It's like being given a bucket of legos and told to do whatever. You'll come up with some shit, but most people will lose interest if they don't have some inspiration to work with.
This is where I would have to disagree the most. You seem to enjoy the handhold and quest-type gameplay where you're given instruction on every single thing you need to do. I dont and alot of others dont. I feel like freedom is kind of the point in a building game. It railroads you so much in the creativity department. Hell, you cant even freely pick where your town goes. You have to put it in a specific x by x grid on a specific part of the map. And what happens if any part of it extends out of the map like your defensive walls? You get fucked in the boss fight
Henry Allen
>I dont and alot of others dont
Speak for yourself, a lot of people are fine with the directions. And it's hardly handholding when the game gives you all the freedom you want to build the towns in any way you want. And so what if things like defensive walls fall outside of the perimeter? So long as you don't set the things too far out that they monsters can still spawn in, you can build virtually impregnatable fortresses that the monsters will never be able to scale over if you use the right materials.
Eli Peterson
>new minecraft
>goty
yikes, there goes a game I will never touch with a 5 foot pole
Julian Long
>Food in general works much better,
Taking time to make it? Having to feed NPCs too? Not being able to halt the hunger meter in base? Fuck you.
>It's a "lot" better
How? Not having precise control over what the game decides to put down? Have you ever had part of a wall get destroyed in Chapter 3, pick up the blocks, put them back in place just to have them turn into something they weren't before? Fuck you.
>Are you serious right now?
Absolutely. You hang out with Malroth who is an amnesiac and "the children of Hargon... OooOoOO" and what? The rest of the connections are barely enough to fill a plastic coffee cup. Fuck you.
>Controls are much better though
Followed immediately by you conceding one of many major problems of said control scheme. Fuck you.
>Agreed
At least you're not 100% defense force. But fuck you.
>Having more side content is generally a good thing
Not if it's tedious, boring and gets in the fucking way - which it does. "More is better" is one of the cancerous mantras that has made gaming so shit in recent generations Fuck you
Luke Sanders
>Doesn't seem to take nearly as long
Horseshit
>Paralysis
In the first you could find or make an accessory, slap it on, and bypass it.
Bentley Bell
>speak for yourself
You dont get to play that card when you just said
>You'll come up with some shit, but most people will interest if they don't have some inspiration to work with.
>most people
Dont play that shit user. You're better than that. Dont use weapons you dont want used against you.
Ethan Parker
Not to mention you literally start speaking for other people in the very same sentance. You fucking suck at this.
Isaac Phillips
>Taking time to make it? Having to feed NPCs too? Not being able to halt the hunger meter in base? Fuck you.
If you're in need of making loads of food, just fucking set up more bonfires/fireplaces and that shit won't take so long. You are taught farming first thing in the game, you have no excuse to not have food for your people. You have loads of food, you can easily eat a few cooked meals and be set for a while. Shut up.
You have plenty of control over where things go, even more so with the first-person mode.
The connections with Malroth and the cult are just fine, they don't need to be hours of scenes building them up. This isn't MGS.
Ryder Hill
>Taking time to make it? Having to feed NPCs too? Not being able to halt the hunger meter in base? Fuck you.
How fucking retarded are you that you can't set up a self sustaining farm and kitchen that you never have to touch?
Jacob Ramirez
It really doesn't take that long compared to the original game's paralysis time.
Evan Nguyen
Wow, way to sound like a fucking spastic in literal minutes. Hardly anyone minds the directions of the game. You want complete freedom, go fucking play Minecraft. Plenty of people like structure, and the game handles it just fine, giving you just enough to understand what you need to do, but still giving you the flex room to make things how you want.
Jack Jackson
Low IQ, seething and didn't touch on any of the reasons why it's better than 1.
Sad.
Landon Lewis
Speak for yourself, user. You cant even have a normal fucking debate without resorting to bullshit. Fuck outta here
Noah Perry
I mean to be fair if it's so easy to bypass status effects via rings then they're not much of a danger in 1 and make curatives for them entirely worthless.
Nathan Rogers
>resorting to bullshit
Like what? That not many people mind the 'handholding" or whatever. Have you fucking looked at the threads? Most people are fine with the structuring of the game, so it's hardly bullshit to say people don't mind how the game's guide the player along.
Charles Reyes
not him but i think its just a little bit bullshit that we don't have accessories in DQB2
i know dashing and the windbraker effectively replace the metorite bracers and the talaria but they were still very useful
Zachary Bell
I sorta agree if only for stuff like the crit and strength ring streamlining battles a bit more. What I wish they did was give you more combat options, I get the first game set the you are not a hero you are a builder stuff in motion but at least in 1 you get to sort of cast spells in the form of bullets.
Landon Young
magic, dude
hopefully DQB3 introduces it and does it well
if the heroes can use it in real-time in an environment as fast as smash's then im sure they could figure something out
Nathan Martinez
Yea, but at least they got rid of the instant-death drops, that was just bullshit no matter how you cut in the original since unless you were always building stairways or just carving tunnels up/through places, you were possibly slipping off the edge of shit and dying and dropping all your crap. Speaking of, the sack is a godsend since you don't even have to carry whatever material you've already collected previously now, only the newest things you come across.
Michael Young
Well there are the combat moves with Malroth and the hammer smashes, those are pretty great since you only ever got that one fucking spin in the first game when they could have let you learn a new move in each chapter instead of just the first.
Levi Miller
I can't believe they would make me do my boy Malroth like that, fuck this island
Bentley Lopez
the talaria are for double jumps, fall damage has its own set of boots
but yeah the sack is a fucking miracle
Benjamin Cruz
I thought the first game had a clever enough work around, you're not a mainling DQ hero so instead of casting fizz and crackle and etc you build bullets with the spells stolen from monster remains inside instead. I guess it'd be hard to justify something like boom since you get wrecking balls though.
Zachary Howard
The only spoiler to dq2 is the fact that the good guys win , not much of a spoiler, but spoilered for whatever.
Aiden Peterson
Yeah but unfortunately it's essentially a limit break, I think it'd be cool to have some movement based attacks. Like an escape slash that launches you backwards away from enemies. Hell they sort of have a helm splitter if you attack from your glider. Anything would be better than standing still like a stump and whacking.
Wyatt Anderson
i do want the zap series to be more widely used
it seems natural given how in most other games fire ice and lightning are treated as a trio
the primary color theming only favors it
Joshua Perez
>
i'm just going to kick all of the lame dudes off the island until it is just me, women and a bunch of monsters
Leo Ross
Hey, does someone have a list of this game's "ost"? As in, all the arranges of all the themes it's using? I wish this series had original music.
Elijah Watson
The dlc is actually out already, it just has the wrong date on the eshop, it's weird I dunno.
Isaiah Carter
I suppose, the combat does just feel like an afterthought, so I don't mind it much since you get good weapons at a reasonable pace and can in many cases like Malroth handle things while you either pick up resources or crowd control the really weak enemies.
Dylan Walker
You mean just you and a bunch of monsters?
William Jenkins
And isn't all just cosmetic shit? So big whoop. Long as they aren't locking additional story shit behind a paywall, who really cares?
Landon Morgan
TANAKA
TAI KIKKU
Landon Davis
It is pretty bearable for most of the game but Moonbrooke is pretty much Combat: The Island so it really dumps it on you. Also the strong monsters on that island are too beefy in health for how easy they are to avoid.
James Rogers
my only wish is for more depth in the combat. give us some spells or potions or a bow and arrow or a dodge button. or a block button with a stamina linkage or ANYTHING to make it more engaging. PLEASE it would be so much more kino with better combat
Dylan Kelly
>indestructible blocks on awakening island
Colton Bell
yes
Easton Cook
wait wait wait… are they selling it? how are they going to relaease a full price game and then sell us shit that should have been in the game? is this what they're doing?
Logan Harris
>that one year they dedicated an entire segment to publically shaming Endo for cheating on his ex wife
you think Tanaka has it bad, they thai kicked Endo is his soul
Matthew James
Just wait until after you upgrade your hammer.
Juan Kelly
How long is that? I just got to the metal island and need to clear out the mine
Joshua Reyes
I think he means the ones that are part of the temple. They throw a massive wrench into the “Flatten the fucking island with a Golem” plan.
Ryder Mitchell
>build a room somewhere low
>immediately make a deep hidden sacrifice chamber filled with hargon paraphernalia
Alexander Reed
halfway through the mine you will get it
William Taylor
the game is all cosmetic shit. the story content is the worst part of the game.
Austin Young
No, I ransacked that place for materials.
It's what he would have wanted.
Joshua Watson
>the story content is the worst part of the game.
Not really, no.
Jeremiah Rivera
It's not even worth starting on Island of Awakening until after the second chapter. You have shit for building blocks outside of wood stuff, no upgraded hammer and no golem.
Adrian Baker
which island is this? and if its the IoA which region
Parker Taylor
I guess you're not a TRUE fan if you didn't instantly think to name the dog Moonbrooke
Julian Powell
Finish either the Erdrick trilogy or the Zenithia trilogy. You're triggering my autism with you play order
Landon Nguyen
>yfw Al
Jaxson Anderson
Not gonna happen. Please enjoy DQB3 for only $59.99 plus tip.
Dominic White
>Shitch version
No thanks
Austin Myers
While some magic could be nice, I'd rather the games not get too mechanically deep with the combat. It's meant to be building stuff first and combat second after all.
Nathaniel Brown
I saw it coming from five miles away and I'm still upset.
David Hall
471751221
1/10
Try harder, kiddo
Brayden Myers
yeah but if the game shoehorns combat into the narrative then it helps to have something else to do but hit one fucking button. how dull are you that you wouldn't want to improve the combat systems?
Ryan Diaz
Yea, the games don't really have much complexity to them, but they still manage to make the characters pretty fun even when several ran the gamut of "douchey doubter/naysayer" and "fiery rival"
Jeremiah Martinez
I named him SplatTim.
Ryder Brown
IoA theres a cave in the southern part of the Green region that leads into a canyon that holds the ruins to the house. Theres a book inside that tells you its the first builders home and his ultimate resting place
Gavin Gray
It's hardly dull, it's not that much different from fucking 2D Zeldas, and those worked fine with just slashing away.
Christian Baker
There's also jumping and moving around to avoid attacks and selecting which enemies to fight.
Christopher Butler
Does anyone know how to visit other islands online? I keep trying but it keeps saying that the're no islands available right now.
Jonathan Taylor
Would be nice if they had at least given you a proper lock on button, since it can be annoying when you try to do a the spin and only hit a few guys instead of the group you wanted.
Cooper Powell
Not sure, you should be able to freely visit anybody's IoA and the scavenger isles no problem. Unless there's maybe a server issue.
Robert Powell
Post your party. .
Adam Lewis
You mean the dlc like the fishing and item packs that included the modern blocks and hairstyles? If so then yes, they are selling it, it's $20 dollars for all 3.
Hunter Morris
That island was kind of a slog. I found myself spending as little time as possible at the base since you get attacked by a wave of monsters very five minutes. Fuck trying to build anything you don't have to.
Cooper Fisher
>tfw you chose the golem pyramid topper
>and it's FUCKING
>EVEN
Ethan Jones
UNEVEN*
FUCK YOU
Josiah Hughes
Am I doing it wrong? I go to the multiplayer circle thing and click connect to internet, then search for island, and then it just says no islands available, what gives? i'm on switch btw
Justin Murphy
It's WHAT!!!
Dominic Flores
Is this game actually fun? Also how does it look/run on switch
Juan Miller
look at it closely from the back and have your dreams fucking destroyed
Josiah Clark
Looks fine, runs worse than on PS4 at 30fps with drops.
Wyatt Parker
>dracky cap
top taste
Angel Flores
Since a third game is highly likely, think we'll be able to interact with sage/human Rubiss and tease her?
Josiah Cooper
>What's love? If you find any, mind sending some my way?
Cameron Baker
Grayson Long
Based.
Camden Morris
It almost makes me want to fix it, but that shit would take yonks.
Easton Scott
>you will never have a harem of bunny girls who praise your building prowess and let you watch them poop
Josiah Baker
I gave up on that part of the island as soon as they started asking me to put shit inside of the pyramid instead of around it. Dwell forever in your dark, uneven triangle, fags.
Julian Hall
I turned it into a poisonous swamp.
