It's been six months, where is my DLC, Nomura?

Didn't they imply they were holding back DLC until they could release it all in one big megapack, or did I misremember something? I feel like I remember interviews about DLC with Nomura where he mentions that he wants to have a big meaningful DLC instead of a bunch of small stuff. Not sure how that fits in with things like the upcoming Xion chapter though.
