My favorite part was the part at the end that made me cry like a little bitch holy fuck I thought the stuff about the game being sad was just an exaggerated meme until I played it and got to that part.

There were most likely plans for him to be a permanent party member. Your pic showing the scrapped N64 version does confirm that, I believe, since what little info we got from it showed him being in a more prominent role.

Also his N64 design is kino and it's a damn shame we didn't get it in the GBA version.

All those parts were pretty great. The jungle section was all sorts of fucked. That whole section was just implications of the party's mental state up to that point.

It did kinda drag on in my opinion but it was a good way to add in some level variety at the final stretch of the game. I wanna say that the hippos on one of the floors are one of my favorite enemies in the game just from concept alone.

I still find it funny how a monkey can imitate a tank shooting at people. Salsa's Mimic ability was nuts.

It gets even sadder at the end when everyone fucks off to New Pork City and the only people left are the ones who never got suckered into all the glitz and glamor and the mayor who had to stay behind until everyone else left first. That shit was depressing.

The only character that ever considers her to look male is one young girl who flip-flops immediately on her opinion and decides she's beautiful, it's intended to be a nod to magypsies along with the pink hair and PSI but Kumatora's never considered anything more than a tomboy for the entirety of the story

It was intended at some point that she'd be the final Magypsy, but that ended up getting scrapped. But it does make sense to assume that she had some connections to them since she had pink hair like them.

I think them making Fassad the final Magypsy was a better choice though. Learning the truth after seeing what kind of person he was and what he turned himself into makes you wonder how he fell so far.
