Healers don't do jackshit other than afk and press 3 buttons while occasionally clicking on other raid members health bars.
Meanwhile a tank does the real job of keeping the raid going, why do you think almost every guild leader is a tank? Tanks are leaders by default, healsluts and DPSheep only need to follow
