Of course it's not real dumbass. But the idea of a certain race or gender having Charisma debuffs with certain factions is neat, albeit not one that should be exclusive to a single race, gender or faction.
It never made sense how in New Vegas you can be a woman working for the Legion and most everyone is just okay with that.

Anyone who takes anything on Yea Forums at face value without checking a source is a fool.

>non-whites are horribly racist and treat white minorities like shit
seems redpilled to me
Cameron Myers
So let me get this straight. There will be in-game racist factions run by people of color who will treat people with undesired skin color worse?
On the other hand it's nothing new. In Morrowind some Dunmer treated you worse for being non-Dunmer.
No, because this isn't real and a single Google search would reveal to you that it isn't real.

This thread is dangerous and problematic because it shows that any 15 year old browsing this cesspool of a board doesn't know how to fact check for themselves. We are in an era where even in english class, fact checking is beaten over your head, and yet nobody can do it on this board. This board has become a worse echo chamber then reddit and tumblr and thats saying something, where nobody fact checks and everyone gets outraged over dumb shit. People take what they see at face value and get outraged no matter how wrong it is, or how much it's baiting you to get outraged. Maybe, we can all learn to to our own fact checking and see if what we're reading is true or not.
