ive got 60 hours in it so far on pc and the only real issue ive found besides maybe some balancing issues here and there (like finding crissaegrim jr pretty early) is that a couple of the later levels feel weird and out of place. havent had and bugs or crashes yet.

i finished a pirated pc copy and had a few issues:

>jumping in and out of water will sometimes lock up your ability to jump. if you don't have the swimming shard, you have to reset the game because you can't jump out of the water
>music abruptly stopping, completely silent soundtrack until you enter a new area
>game crash in the oriental sorcery lab, that long hallway with the ninjas and white walls obscuring your view, on cinematic/high graphic settings. lowering to medium or below fixed it but it was a pain the ass because i kept forgetting about it when i'd go back there

Also i might add, how the fuck does this game have problems running on ANYTHING in the first place? There were literal ps2 games with better textures and effects, even if they were 480i. They put fucking Doom on switch and it plays fine, even if it looks like a dog, and bloodstained might as well not even be from the same gen as fucking Doom in terms of tech.

They got the most incompetent code monkeys possible, and the Switch got the worst of the lot even though the system can run far more intensive games.

God i wish i could but every time i jump and it takes her almost a quarter second to do it, every time the framerate hits the single digits even if im just talking to someone, every time the game crashes because i dared to read a book, i just want to turn it off.

I know theres a good game under there somewhere but I'm just too disillusioned at this point to give a shit.

I've been playing the Switch version and minus some slowdowns in certain areas (Because i have max Welcome Company and Dullihan Heads for max shit onscreen) I haven't had any problems. Not a single crash or freeze after 30 hours

Somehow I managed to endure it all the way until I got a 100% in everything, mostly because I bought it on the eshop and because I'm a laptoplet whose ventilator goes nuts with a torrented version of the game

I don't mind the frame drops very much, but I do mind the abysmal loading times in the Livre Ex Machina (like 5-7 seconds in certain room transitions)

I'll wait until the problems are fixed to pick it up again, although I'm not sure how much of it is fixable in a reasonable amount of time
