As far as good its mid tier for savage and ex and absolute bottom garbage tier for solo healing and wall to wall dungeon pulls.

Overall:
WHM is best on all scenarios except solo heal where it the worst by an extremely low margin (few ogcd heals on large cooldowns and only one single target shield)
SCH is best shielder and best raid damage healer thanks to ogcd, but shit gcd heals means they are sitting ducks once they are spent, worst dungeon pull healer and probably the best solo healer in extreme trials if everyone does everything right.
AST is kinda somewhere in between whm and sch while having garbage dps and raid buffs.

Never go to Moogle. Odin is best

for Seraph, use one aoe heal before the damage goes out, and then one afterwards. Seraph's autoheal is also 4 times stronger than the regular fairy so she can handle party pulls while you Art of War

No, fae illumination only works on casted spells and not abilities. Start off using it for the magic resistance or to boost your deploy.

Its still the same, learn when raid damage is coming and decide when you need to mitigate and when indomitability is enough.
Seraph is literally just succor except it stacks with galvanize, you can use it to pad aoe damage or pad some tankbuster, its a relatively weak cooldown and unecessary 100% of the time if people know what they are doing so just use it whenever.

Fey illumination doesn’t affect the fairy skills, use fey illumination to reduce raid wide aoe damage before it happens and boost you and your healers gcd heal. I suggest planning fey illumination usage to stack with a tank aoe reduction skill and follow it up with gcd heals (succor/medica2/aspected helios), fey illumination won’t affect any of your ogcds either so its best to only use when you’re going to use succor

Seraph potency is roughly the same as a succor. Its not big heals, its just a way to pad out your deployment or succor shields. Dissipate is a better big heals cooldown and recitation is literally your big dick heal cooldown.
Use recitation as follows:

No it's not, a lot of people really don't go full autism with dps optimization in normal raids, they just do their basic rotation, use no food or pots, and hope for a drop then wait till next week. No burst phase optimization, no party comps made up to make each class shine as best as they can ect.

Caring about parses in anything other than savage and extreme trials is a waste of time. also monk was WAY less total parses than the other dps that are anywhere near it which will absolutely make it look better.

maybe I've just gotten lucky, all the male'ra I've been with were either chill or bros, and I've yet to run into any that were outright retards. Never been much of a problem. Female lalafell seem to be dramawhores. It's perfect for people new to MMOs and the higher difficulties make it good for the "epic raids for epic raiders" type of players.

HW relics require a little bit of Aether Oil (5 of them if I remember) which are 350 poetics each, if you do the weekly CT quest you're basically saving 350 poetics for any future anima relics

The ARR story is pretty lackluster but it was basically the intro. I agree with most people on how the story is pretty bland and mediocre until you hit the last patch of ARR going into HW.

early XIV is the worst part of XIV. it gets better once you get past Titan and start hanging out in Coerthas, then takes a nosedive after you beat ARR. Then gets better when you go back to ishgard.

ARR story is slow but it does pick up when you're almost done with it (the ul'dah party quest)

There are stack mechanics and room wide aoe's during Titania add phase. 0 telegraphs were eaten and vines + knockback were done perfectly so it ticked 0 times and 0 vuln stacks. By the time the second stack mechanic came at the end of the phase, people were low from dealing with the unavoidables during the entire phase. Individual AoE markers left as they should, everyone stacked as they should. Dead. I checked the healer's page on fflogs, it's pretty obvious he was tryharding damage.

First 10 outside of maybe the chain bomb one are easy with random spells, none of the hard ones are needed. Remember that you can cheese a lot of the fights by stacking every single buff and then final sting/self destruct at like half boss health, and that you win so long as they die. After that the puzzle ones where you move shit around with sticky tongue, the one with all the flower adds you can cheese with ice spikes and the manticore one where you just lead them into exploding barrels are easy. Then you only need like 5 others for doom, and the flute spell for 10 carnival clears will make Final sting shenanigans better
