It is, and it got completely botchered by the fucking TCG translators.
In the OCG, Avram's flavor text tells the tale on how Auram became the chosen as the inheritor of the power of Mekk-Knight of Blue Sky to defeat the evils of the mysterious "Illusory World" (which are likely to be the Knightmares) and save Ib, and while he fails, this is what gives birth to the Crusadias. In the TCG, Avram takes the power of Blue Sky and all he's got to say about it is "Check THIS out!"
