Kazumi is boring because she revolves around jabs, df1 and db4. Seeing Knee use her and never do a single combo is why people hate her. At least season 1 Dragunov and Jack-7 had some interesting aspects to them and they would strive to launch opponent. As Kazumi you don't even want to launch somebody because it's risky. Most of her damage comes from floating with jab into her broken wall combo damage.

1.Kokkoma just won fighting game challenge. 2.The reason why Kazumi is good is because she has such a low effort poke game plan coupled with retarded hitboxes and tracking moves that restricts any moment you might try to make. Saint has literally said he favours fighting Kazumi because he doesn't have to move with Jack at all in that matchup.
