well maybe i start again since the HD rework looks amazing in the video but modding the game again would take like a day to manage all mods and scripts for a good playthrough. have you tried some combat enhancement mods or something that changes the playstyle a bit? vanilla would be waaaay to boring

Why do you think its a bait? All pc centric games like the whole rts genre or mmorpg or fps or simulators have nothing to show at all. All of them are technologically backwards due to small budgets. HZD has state of the art video game engine and high production value assets. It just wouldn't happen on pc if consoles didnt exist, pc has never been a platform of graphical progress due to an average pc having worse hardware than consoles and how hard it is to optimize for infinite amount of hardware combinations.
