I recall some one pointing this out, but his pose and overall form, is kinda similar to phara. Big shoulders flowing down in to a triangle shape, arms are a bit bulkier tho. I hope they have a better skin, the colour scheme is pretty meh, talon colors would have probably looked alot better, red/black/silver/white.
Oh and btw he's running around barefoot.

it wasn't players intentionally spamming it
sym had a continuous ult that she set down (and even worse, a continuous ult no one cared about so no one ever stopped to go look for it and destroy it) so the characters would just constantly mention that it's up

Not really, unless maybe that's the only thing you do the entire time, maybe to grief your team.
The ammounts of reaper "pathetic" after every kill I've thrown out, the ammounts of "HEHE-HEHE-HEHE THERE'S MOAR WHERE THAT CAME FROM"s flying out of my torb every kill are quite large, and I've never been punished for messing around with the voice lines. Which I mainly do because it's fun.

No, it should just be tied to ability usage. But only you as the player can hear it. Allies and enemies only hear the ability sound effects.
