I do like indie games, but practically all of them are on pc. Mobility on its own doesn't matter to me. In fact I prefer playing on a bigger screen. Consoles matter to me only in terms of the exclusives.
Why would you say it sucked? I liked the first Xenoblade. Though the side quests were atrocious.

the VO is complete shit, every party member except for the guy they kill off is insufferable, the story takes about 25 hours to become mildly interesting, and combat is bogged down by unintuitive mechanics while you need to use gacha loot boxes to get party members(which you cant grind for efficiently)
