That's what annoys me when people say skip the first game. It wasn't so much the gameplay that I loved about it, it was the universe and rich lore and backstory of all the species and characters around you that brought the game to life.

Also only Quarians really produce Quarian suits, and they specialize in making top of the line shields(which have no risk of a bad shot causing your suit to breech, unlike armor).

War Assets aside the Salarians are said in game to commit everything to the war effort after the cerberus citadel coup attempt, they don't have anything like the Asari that will stain their reputation. They're also the best placed to give aid in what will be a massive rebuilding effort to the other races.
I'm not saying they'll be dominant long and they're not going to act like only they call the shots, but they'll certainly have a lot of heft in galactic affairs compared to the others

BUT Hale's performance is a little more emotive and in my opinion just a bit better in general. Not to say Meers is bad just that Hale's is better.

Pretty much everytime I play I end up having a full paragon bar and half to a little over halfway full renegade bar by the end of each game.

Yeah, but even though I know it's not really feasible to have your mom show up in game, I wish they'd had a couple more times when you talked with her over the coms or whatever, I can only remember it happening once in ME1 and once in the ME3 Citadel DLC, everything else is just emails.

I know people will say it's a PR ploy to keep ME4 alive from a dead point, but they're mostly talking crap, you're literally arguing that there is nothing else out there with it and I can't understand how you wouldn't be able to find it either. the guns were supposed to function similarly to ME1, but the clips were an option that would instantly cool down the weapon. without them you could still fire, just had to wait for the gun to cool down. apparently that's just "too confusing" for the average bioware playtester.
