FFXIV has a tranny favored data center, so all you have to do is avoid any worlds on that data center. WoW on the other hand doesn't really have a designated tranny realm, so they kind of just spread out across all realms. You're more likely to meet trannies on WoW than on FFXIV, provided you avoid the data center Crystal. If you're on Crystal though, your much more likely to encounter them than on WoW.
