So, I just finished this game. What did I think of it?
KCD
You thought it was very comfy, and that Hans was a bro.
Dropped it at the monastery. Vavra is based and his game is good though.
i don't know, why don't you fucking tell me if you played it cockbreath
One of the best RPGs to come out in a long time. Though for all the good it does, the melee combat system just drag everything down. Even after you put hours into it to understand it better it always feels like shit.
t-they patched that!
New patch is good.
I dropped at the monastery long agu but start playing again today
It was the best game of 2018 and also if you did not finish with the achievements for completing all sidequests, then you did not finish the game.
you know you can just go through the roof and kill him you stupid nigger
I'm getting mad at the shitty performance in towns
Comfy period-piece RPG that we didn't deserve but got nonetheless.
WHAT IF I’m the sequel they abandoned the static attack system and had a more free flowing system similar to Mordhau
What if you weren’t a casual and wanted everything streamlined for you like a retard?
Well? I'm waiting. What did you think of it?
>disable slowmo
>game becomes good
>lock-on combat
>not streamlined
6/10 not enough PoC
If I can't play as a female is not worth it
but you can in the new DLC
People who dislike the combat, is it because you get killed all the time? At the beginning i was getting destroyed in every fight but by the end game i didn't lose any 1v1s even with no armour and felt op as fuck when i had full plate with longsword. Learn combos, use duellist and riposte/parry every attack instead of spam swinging and you will breeze through enemies.
Really!? but can you play the main story with a female?
No you just play as Theresa in a prologue in Skalitz
>this kills the CDPR shill
Imagine if the combat was like Mordhau.
I don't like how it shits itself when you face more than one dude
After you get the hang of a couple of mechanics, duels get very easy. You only need master strikes/upgraded clinches. Makes duels monotonous, though you can do combos, it's safer to spam stagger.
The game is usually very forgiving with damage when you're fully armored, though rarely you'll take a ton of damage. Which is realistic, I'd guess
I got about 50% through the main quest, spent a shitload of time sidequesting and was OP as fuck. Hows the hardcore mode they added and the doggo? I know one of the dlcs while having based Hans was extremely short but I don't know shit about how the others are. I heard the first was essentially hearthfire from skyrim but it's a entire village and good.
Not like they'll care now since they moved onto cyberpunk.
yeah i agree with it shitting itself when you fight more than one person, they all end up bugging out and you end up feeling like you cheesed a win, also i thought the archery was shit.
For me the cheat mod with F1 F2 and F3 turbo travel is a must have. Most of the missions become a chore without turbo mobility. It is like a jetpack, flying faster than the normal fast travel map.
>cyberpunk
its probably going to be shit. I dont want it to be shit but all these years and no real demos of game play. And if you think that 40 min "demo" they supposedly made 4 months after saying the engine wasn't even finished wasn't all smoke and mirrors then i have a timeshare is Iraq to sell you.
You thought it was horribly unoptimized, buggy, had a clunky combat system, but loved every second of it, with some of the best graphics, story, and realism in any game seen to date.
