GOOD MOOOOOOOORNING Yea Forums! Just wanted to remind you that we’re another day closer to Edelgard (yes, THE Edelgard from Fire Emblem: Three Houses) getting confirmed in Smash Ultimate! Make sure to save your tears for the upcoming Fighter Pass when Edelgard walks into the spotlight!
Hate to disappoint you Yea Forums, but there are still TWO (2) more DLC slots for Smash Ultimate! And while you continue to praise Sakurai for including Banjo, need I remind you that Fire Emblem is a series that is shilled time and time again in Smash, and TH will be no different. But feel free to continue your denial. Your tears of disappointment will be all the more sweeter!
They'll do the same thing they did with Fates and announce a Three Houses rep after the game is well out as the 4th DLC slot and then do a final 2nd or 3rd party for the last one.

Fates was out in Japan, Corrin was supposedly put in to promote the worldwide release.
3H is releasing everywhere at the same time. They had many opportunities do the same with 3H, why would they wait until the games been out forever?
I am in no way convinced were getting a FE character as one of our Fighters Pass characters. If anything, the best luck Edelgaurd had us being an additonal DLC like Pirahnna Plant. Also its already confirmed the fighters pass characters are characters from franchises who've had no real representation in Smash before hand, its most likley going to continue with the last two characters. Fire Embelem already has enough representaion, why the fuck would it need anymore? So the nest shot first party Nintendo characters like Geno, pic related. But I seem to be the only who wants Birdo, Dixie Kong, Bandana Waddle Dee, and Edelgaurd have for Smash is Additonal seperate DLC like Pirahnna Plant.
