90% of the game's models and textures are either Unity/Unreal engine defaults or taken from royalty-free websites. What is the end goal of the game? Just keep killing students until there's no one left and try not to get caught? It's going to feel more and more unrealistic as more and more students stop showing up to class and it's just you and one other person. So what else is supposed to entice you to the game? It was mostly because he turned Unity's occlusion culling off. Essentially, anything that was out of the view of the player would still get drawn "normally". As you could expect, that takes a lot of computing power. Here's a video on it where the video's maker adds the feature - it boosts performance a lot. (Good luck withstanding the robot voice, though.)
