i don't think i ever uninstalled her game even though i'm probably never going to finish it due to being stuck on that one gay stealth section
yup just checked, still installed, still never going to finish it

>stuck on that one gay stealth section
The blindness part? I just ran through it.

>mentally ill shithead
>somehow finds love
>somehow finds acceptance
>Isn't born to some overprotective family who's powerful
>In pre-moralist times
Complete rubbish

This game fucking sucks

i legitimately can't fucking beat it, i tried looking up a walkthrough and following it to the T and i still couldn't beat it, at this point i've just given up desu

When you were in love you left him in tears.

>senua smothers furries
based

>somehow finds acceptance
By 1 guy who had the rare quality of patience and another guy who was himself insane. Literally everybody else she had met thought she was cursed and she's still completely alone by the end.

The pattern matching shit got so boring so quick that I uninstalled it after 1-2 hours.
Good thing I didnt pay for it.

photo mode in this game was worth fiddling with

The hell? I thought it wasn't possible to fail? I just went around the creepy crawlies and even though it seemed to me like they should've definitely seen me, nothing happened.

Having just finished it in one setting I recall a line something like
>As with all children she saw things in the darkness. But they did not leave as she grew older
It's also heavily implied her Schizophrenia didn't become debilitating until her father started locking her in pits, beating her and burned her mother to death. Then she found a way out with Dillion, who helped her throughout. Still she exiled herself into the wilds for a year to fight "the Darkness" where she met Druth who told her the Norse stories which her Schizophrenia latched on to and she failed to conquer "her Darkness" and then when she finally came back the Vikings had burned down her village and Blood Eagled Dillion sending her Schizophrenia fucking haywire.

If I disliked every other story by Ninja Theory, will I like Senua or is it the same as the others?

she NEEDS to be blacked ASAP!

Hellblade stands apart from their other stuff for sure, but because it's more of a walking simulator with combat sprinkled in.
Which isn't a bad thing considering the studio, Heavenly Sword had shit gameplay but everything else about it was on point, great cast of characters and voice acting imo

I don't know I've never played any other Ninja Theory. And thank god for that as what I'm told they aren't good. I've seen clips of DMC and its hilariously horrible writing.
Senua is the opposite. Really, it's a story about trauma presented with psychosis, but still ultimately its just getting over a traumatic life represented through Viking Hell.
I've never experienced a story quite like it. Though perhaps it is more unique then amazing. The dialogue was good but not memorable.
Still I recommend it if you like dark and/or psychological stories.

It's not much of a story and the ending is lacklustre. The atmosphere and voices in your head are pretty great and the combat, while easy as shit and deep as a puddle, is flashy and looks cool.

Also the viking lore.

>dude voices in my head lmao!
such a waste of a concept
the music and visuals were 10/10 but the combat was jank, the puzzles were silly, the writing was pure reddit cringe

>the writing was pure reddit cringe
Instead of meaningless buzzwords try to critique the story with actual words.

Her armpits weren't rendered very well
