They've largely outlived their main value which was that a bunch of ex-capgods were teaming up to make unique brands. Their output has largely been same-y and working off the same base, with Hideki Kamiya being the only notable entity still making games there and he hasn't actually putting anything out in over 6 years.

Scalebound for Switch was a bullshit rumor piggybacking off of a more vague legitimate one which simply said "Nintendo is looking to revive a publicized cancelled game". I'd like to see it but we have no reason to believe that right now.
I think it looks very good but it will depend on how much of the playtime is the police work and how fun that is. I like the combat mechanics a lot; you can feel exactly what Taura's inspirations were in the footage.

They have Babylon's Fall coming to other consoles, and they have original IPs that they're self-publishing (not announced yet but they said this) which I assume will be multi-plat. Their best game is still Wii U exclusive though.
